A small nice house with about 70 m² of living space in a quiet location, on Johannesweg, 4 km to the thermal baths and 25 minutes by car from Linz. Our house was built in 1974 and completely renovated in 2019. Therefore, it is modernly furnished and very comfortable. Here you can rest, relax or take a break on the Johannesweg on a 3-day pilgrimage and feel the magic of the Mühlviertel. Thanks to our network of riding trails of around 700 km on the Mühlviertel-Alm, we are always happy to see hiking riders!

The studio is located in historic Schiffmeisterhaus directly by river and offers beautiful views of Danube. Shops cafés and restaurants in the historic city center are just a few minutes’ walk away. Situated right next to the police academy, the studio is in a particularly safe environment. The Danube cycling path runs directly past the building, while nearby swimming spots along the Danube invite you to relax and cool off in summer. In the large fenced garden with forest, dogs also have a lot of fun and space. 200 m away from the house is the Puschacherteich, ideal for swimming and fishing. If you love nature, you will find beautiful hiking and cycling trails in the area, such as Ysperklamm or on the Ostrong. Good starting point to Maria Taferl, Melk or the Wachau, all about 25 min.

Lovely two bedroom apartment in Grein

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base
