Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Dilijan

Such a great apartment. Brand new. Perfect in winter with underfloor heating. The kitchen has everything needed to cook if needed. A super helpful host.

Incredible views and awesome location. We really enjoyed the balcony and it was a quick trip to the sevan peninsula and up to dilijan. Tigran was very quick with responses and offers paragliding adventures! We had a great time

The room was bigger than I thought and it was clean. The most pleasant surprise is that I can reach a large supermarket within a minute's by walk, and they accept international credit cards.

Отличный вариант. Вход в дом прямо из гаража. Заезд со стороны ул Калинина - на карте отмечено с ул. Гетапня, но там только пешком. Удобное расположение: до парка пара минут пешком, в непосредственной близости магазинчики и пара кафе, 10-15 минут пешком до центра Дилижана. В окна немного слышно реку, для меня это бонус. Дом большой, в нём чисто, на кухне всё есть. Мебель не самая новая, но всё чистое, всё что нужно есть. Очень вежливый, отзывчивый и предпредительный хозяин. В целом - отличные впечатления.

We chose this place because we travelled as a family of 7, and it is not easy to find an accommodation that fits such a group. This house was spacious, had sufficient beds and 2 toilets (although only one shower), large living room and a well-equipped kitchen. Edward and his family members communicated with us timely and clearly and met us when we arrived. The location is outside the main street, but it is just a staircase away from a large square where the Dilijan municipality is located. There is a small grocery shop next door and two large supermarkets just 5 min walk. Although the house features a parking in the courtyard, we were not able to park there, since our 7-seater car was too heavy and we had to park at the street nearby (which was easy though).

Большой новый дом. Три жилых этажа. Везде с/у. Удобные кровати. Чистое хорошее белье. Удобная кухня с островом. Хороший дом для большой компании

Very private location with a large garden, shed with grilling supplies, patio with dining table and chairs for cosy meals outside. The house has 3 levels with bathroom/shower on every level. Beautiful views from the 2nd and 3rd floor. It’s located on the hill, about 15 min walk to town but much harder walking back up the hill. With the car only 5 minutes to restaurants and groceries, we never had problems finding street parking in town. Streets on the hill are narrow but almost no traffic. If you are looking for a peaceful beautiful location, a little off the main road with good wifi it’s highly recommended. Enough space and privacy for a large family.

We had a nice stay at this accomodation! The house is big, cozy, and freshly built, which made it feel both modern and comfortable. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. It was wonderfully warm during the winter, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The location is conveniently close to the center of Dilijan. Just keep in mind that the house is situated near the road. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need – from kitchen essentials to comfortable furnishings. Tigran, the host, was fantastic! He was always available to help with anything we needed and made sure our stay was perfect.

Everything was perfect. The bathroom, the view, everything was nice. Totally recommended!!

Highly recommend Arpine's place. Its <10 minute from the skiing resort and market, additionally you can find a snacks store in the building itself. Apartment was clean and organized.

Although the apartment was a bit tricky to find as the google map location was inaccurate, the host’s communication was excellent and he helped us find it. The apartment is clean and lovely, just what we needed for our stay exploring Dilijan. There was a supermarket within walking distance and it was close to explore the beautiful national park of Dilijan. The apartment is located in a very quiet area . We always received a reply within minutes of writing a message. Highly recommended for visiting Dilijan, although you do need a car.
