Die offene Atelierwohnung im Torhaus ist Teil einer ausgebauten Hofreite aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Alte Hölzer und freigelegtes Fachwerk sind von Rosenstöcken und einem wunderschönen Garten umgeben. Beim Einrichten haben wir großen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt. Bestehendes wurde auf- und umgearbeitet. Ein Großteil der Leuchten, Textilien sowie die Bilder stammen aus unserem Atelier. Dadurch bekommt die offene Architektur ihren besonderen Stil sowie den freundlichen und eigenen Charakter.

Engine shed in the old train station **Industrial Style**

Pure nature! You live in an old train station directly on hiking and biking trails. Absolute tranquility (almost) without neighbors. Slow-moving freight trains pass by on the rails 3 times a day. On weekends they are still - then you can watch deer or even a fox there. The apartment is located in the former engine shed of the train station and is stylishly/individually and comfortably furnished. It is now available for the first time after complete renovation of the building.

Our accommodation is located in the beautiful Lahn Valley in the city of Diez right next to the city of Limburg with its diverse shopping and excursion options. Parking is right in front of the house (1 CAR), public parking is available nearby. The entire property is newly renovated. The property is on the 2nd floor and includes the entire floor except for a small area that is spared. The apartment is self-contained and cannot be entered from the outside.

Vacation home with courtyard in Birlenbach

This small cottage is located in the middle of Birlenbach, has loving amenities and is fragrance-free. Even though the facades in the yard are still shabby chic and the whole project is still in the process of becoming, it is already a picturesque small courtyard with Mediterranean flair that offers outdoor seating and movement options for children and dogs. The direct proximity to Limburg/Diez also offers many leisure activities.

Separate barrier-free in-law suite

The apartment is bright, sunny, barrier-free and modernly furnished. Built in 2021. The town of Vielbach is 5 minutes from the A3. ICE train station and outlet in Montabaur can be reached in 15 minutes. Cologne and Frankfurt airports can be reached in 45 minutes. Various tourist attractions are available nearby. Despite the good connection, the place is in a rural idyll. The apartment is built barrier-free and senior-friendly.

Stay by the park

The apartment is quietly located in the annex of our restaurant "Tacheles," directly next to Robert-Heck-Park. It invites you to relax and recharge. Feel at home, without work. But you are also a minute's walk from the old town and the Lahn, five minutes from the city center and ten minutes by car from Limburg. There are various sights, hiking and cycling trails in the vicinity and in summer all kinds of water activities.

The property is located in Dotzheim-Kohlheck, with quick access to the forest. The room with bathroom is about 19 m² and has a workplace with good Wi-Fi connection. The bed has a lying surface of 140 x 200 m. The nearest bus stop can be reached in about 5 minutes' walk and the city center is about 10 minutes drive away. The nearest Rewe or bakery with breakfast option can be reached in 10 minutes walk.

Welcome to Altendiez! A beautifully renovated, modern furnished apartment is located in Altendiez and offers all you need for a stress-free stay. The spacious apartment has a bedroom with a workstation, a living/dining area with sofa bed and access to the terrace, a TV with Netflix, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven as well as a bathroom with shower and can accommodate 2-4 people.
