This place is incredible. It looks the same with the photos posted. The place is also accessible to restaurants and shops. The only thing I’m concerned is there’s no exhaust in the water closet. But all in all, I recommend this place.

My partner and I had a great stay at Thanhs airbnb. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Functioning AC and dehumidifier too. Location was good, lots of convenience stores and a big supermarket 10 min walk away. It’s in the heart of the Japanese district with lots of Japanese food around if that’s what you’re wanting. Amenities wise it is pretty bare. At first Thanh provided 2 body towels, 1 toilet paper roll, shampoo and body wash, and that’s it. When we asked for other basics like hand wash, hand towels, dish towel and dish soap (for the kitchen), he then provided them after a few hours which was greatly appreciated but should have been there already. I’ve stayed in many airbnbs before and they have always had basics like spices, oils, extra TP, drying rack, cleaning supplies, etc but this wasn’t provided. It was fine for us for a few days, we only cooked one meal, but we certainly missed the basic household items.

If you’re looking for a hotel-like experience with a unique twist, this place is perfect. The panoramic views of Hanoi from the large windows are absolutely stunning, and the cold A/C was a welcome comfort after a day of exploring. I felt completely safe during my stay, and the environment was peaceful and secure. Although it’s located in the tourist area, it still felt quiet and private — a great balance of convenience and calm. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a beautiful, comfortable, and well-located stay in Hanoi.

This place is amazing! The room is spacious, cozy, exactly like the photos, fast wifi, with giant TV to watch movies and gives everything what I need during my stay. It has big balcony to see the street. Located in fifth floor above a spa. The unit is super private and with elevator! At first it feels weird to take the elevator through the spa to go to the room, but then it’s all okay. Location is also great, right in the old quarter, with many good restaurants and coffee shops next door. Most importantly, the host is super helpful, proactive and pretty flexible with check in/out. Definitely will come back to this place!

The host went above and beyond—when my baggage was lost at the airport, Mr. Toan immediately stepped in to help, offering support and guidance despite the late hour. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and he even arranged a taxi from the airport for me, making everything as smooth and stress-free as possible given the circumstances. Truly outstanding hospitality. If you're considering booking—don’t hesitate! This place (and the host) is top-notch.

I stayed at this place for two weeks and really enjoyed my time here. The kitchen is well-equipped, which made it easy to cook for myself. It's conveniently located near the Japanese supermarket Tomibun, where you can find all your daily essentials. The apartment is clean and comfortable, and the host arranges a weekly cleaning service, which is a great bonus. I also appreciated having both a washing machine and a dryer—your clothes come out nearly dry and fresh every time. The rental price is definitely worth it for the quality and service provided. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a high-quality living experience in Hanoi.

This location was a gem to find within the city. Upon arrival I was stunned and had to send a message regarding the beauty of the design. Quite unique and comfortable. The balcony was surely a beautiful addition I’ve never seen before. The bed was extremely comfortable, the wooden bathtub - amazing, the kitchen was equipped with needed essentials, just overall I enjoyed the stay and was amazed at the design.

Great place to stay!! I was in Hanoi for 7 weeks and this apartment was perfect, cleaned every couple of days if required, great location for all amenities.

I stayed in 2 places since the AC broke in the first one. For the place describe in here. It was a great place, the building is in a great location away from all the noise, and near enough everything. The weather in Hanoi was so hot that I moved around in grab. The host was really helpful went the AC broke down. In the same day they offer me to move in to a different apartment that they own. I wish I could have stayed here since it was so convenient for me. It's a great place.

I would definitely recommend this apartment. It is located in a nice building centrally located in Ho Tay. There are lots of good food options nearby. The apartment is clean, has modern furnishings, and Duc is a response, kind host. The only draw back is that there is some noise from the street nearby at night, but it was not enough to affect my sleep. I slept like a baby. The bed is also very comfortable. I will likely stay here again. 5/5 :)
