House of Blue is a cottage on our property offering two queen bedrooms & 1.5 baths. The outdoor area features front porch seating, back deck seating, fire pit, picnic table, optional grill & plenty of lighting at night. Please note: There are stairs to enter home and there may be noise from vehicles passing by. Our home is convenient to Combine Academy, the hospital, drivable to downtown & many wedding venues such as Crowe Mansion. It’s a mile to Hwy 321, 20 mins to I-85 & 20 mins to I-40.

A peaceful, quiet cover on the lake with lots of lake toys! Relax by the firepit or on the swing under the deck, or take a dip in the lake. You can also enjoy our kayaks, our paddleboard, or one of our several floats to lounge the day away! We have several life jackets available for various sizes but best to bring your own if you need one for a little one. You have your own space on a shared property. The owners live in the main house and happy to help as little or as much as needed!

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The threehouse is very close to the town of Charlotte North Carolina. It is 20 minutes drive to Charlotte. My goal is to have travelers leave our treehouse with a feeling of total satisfaction. The treehouse is a little bit more than 200 ft.² and is located at the end of our property so any needs from our guest will be met in the promptly manner. It is located at the outskirts of our property , it’s private but it is not secluded.

This new craftsman style home with duplex apartment over the garage was built in 2020. The home boasts amazing big water view of Lake Norman. The two bedroom duplex apartment has a private entrance and lake views from every room. Enjoy swimming, sunbathing and sunsets on the two story dock. Boat rentals are easily accessible from marinas in the Denver area and the boat can be kept at the dock. Easy commute to Charlotte.
