Our home is on a 4-acre lot on High Rock Lake. The guest space is a fully furnished guesthouse above a detached storage area (15 steps). The bedroom has a king-size bed and TV, the den has a full sofa, recliner, and TV with HD antenna & Netflix - NO CABLE. There is a full kitchen, bath, washer/dryer and walk-in closet. There is a small deck with a table and chairs overlooking the lake. Guests have access to the pier, 2 kayaks, canoe, swing, firepit, grill & gardens. We DO have WiFi.

Kayaks available to guest. Private Deck for that morning coffee overlooking the lake. New gas grill on the deck for guest to use. I rented this home for my daughter's 16th birthday and we really had a wonderful time! The house is very nice and the lake with the kayaks and the paddle board were fantastic! My daughters also loved the swings and the hammocks. We did have an issue out of the owners control and they responded within minutes and were willing to do whatever they could to help. We would definitely love to go back at another time!

We had a lovely stay at this property. It was clean, updated, and the bed was very comfortable. There is a bit of night road noise (people seem to like to hot rod down Main Street in the middle of the night) but the owners provided ear plugs and white noise machines to try to mitigate this uncontrollable situation. We enjoyed the restaurant recommendations, and the other amenities at this stay very much.

My son and I had a great stay here. The RV itself was great. Very clean, extremely comfortable, and had everything we needed. The community was very nice with a lot of things to do from the pool, basketball, fishing, horseshoes, and lake area. It was very peaceful and I highly recommend for a nice getaway. Some nice local places nearby for food and supplies. Spiders has bait, tackle, and some local produce(the tomatoes were fantastic.) Not to mention, the lady(I feel bad I forgot her name) is extremely nice and helpful. There is also an ice cream place, general store, and dollar general right up the road. Host was great, very responsive and gave very clear instructions that made check in and out a breeze. Would definitely rent again.

Nice place, very clean, not cluttered, easy to get to, great dock, great amenities and well stocked with all the basics. Host was very responsive and friendly, and very helpful! If you’re a boater then make sure you research the lake access that you intend to use while visiting this great cozy spot. Lots to do and places to eat within 20-30 drive.

The main reason I chose this location was the wrap around porch. It was even more welcoming in person. The beds were all very comfortable, the living room furniture was very comfortable. Everything in the home was clean and the whole house smelled wonderful. You can tell how much time and effort they put into choosing the design and decor. We were on the trails all day, and came back and felt at home, and we were able to relax and enjoy the comforts of that “at home” feeling. Hannah was very responsive to all questions & needs for recommendations. There was ample parking. Check in & out instructions were very clear. Any information we needed for the home was listed in the app, in the home book, and also on the refrigerator, so very thought out. We will be booking this same property for future stays, as we visit Uwharrie. There is a bar & grill a few minutes back up to the main road, the outpost was closed by, driving into town was not too far. The Community was welcoming.
