Knus, compleet, schoon, stijlvol, dat is wat onze gasten vaak schrijven. De B&B is geschikt voor 2-3 personen. Ruime woonkamer met eigen douche en toilet en eigen ingang. Prachtige bovenverdieping met een heerlijke boxspring. In de woonkamer een fijne slaapbank. Goede WiFi, smart-tv, nespresso-apparaat, koffiezetapparaat, melkopschuimer, waterkoker, koelkast, combimagnetron en keukentje (geen kookgelegenheid). Gourmetten, wokken e.d. zijn niet toegestaan. Ontbijt is niet bij de prijs inbegrepen.

Bij ons vind je alles wat je nodig hebt inclusief: -een comfortabel 2 persoons bed -een eigen toegang; privacy op en top -een badkamer waar je U tegen zegt -een eigen privé terras De ideale locatie op Texel. Vanuit de B&B is alles dichtbij, maar verblijf je toch net buiten de drukte. De B&B is gelegen in Den Burg, op 5-10 minuten wandelafstand van het centrum. Je ziet de kerktoren al vanuit het raam!

Het huisje is vlakbij het dorpscentrum van Den Burg en 10 minuten per auto van het strand. Het Schapenboetje heeft een knusse uitstraling en is eenvoudig ingericht dwz geen afwasmachine of een sauna. Wel een goeie kachel, een fijne bank en goede bedden. Mijn ruimte is bijzonder geschikt voor 2 personen. In de vakantieperiodes kunt u ALLEEN PER WEEK huren. Met name de zomer- en kerstvakantie. Ook belangrijk: uw hond kan mee, extra kosten zijn 15 euro per boeking.

Enjoy the nature while staying in our taditional Dutch , beautifully decorated, comfortable home. We are located just below the Dunes where you can have beautiful walks or experience mountain-biking rides on the largest trails in Holland. Just a 4km away from the ocean where you can enjoy the beach and have a swim. Guests space/ apartment in our house is comfortable for 2 guests but not suitable for children- infants, pets.
