Our charming guesthouse has everything you need for a relax stay. Located on the countryside, surrounded by grassland and green, at a beautiful road with a tunnel of trees. You can reach the sea and beach of Callantsoog within 10 minutes. The closest small town with supermarket, bakery and restaurant is only 5 min. away. Visit Schagen with bars and restaurants, shopping and different kind of events in less than 10 minutes. Cheese-city Alkmaar is only 30 minutes away, and Amsterdam 1 hour.

We, a family with 4 children (8, 11, 14 and 16 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. The Polar Bear House is a regimented and child-friendly cottage in Oudeschild. Cross the Waddenzeedijk and you are in the lively harbor of Oudeschild in no time. Here you can enjoy fresh fish, take a trip on a shrimp scooter or sail to sandbanks where seals rest. Within walking distance you will find museum Kaap Skil, a supermarket, bakery and various restaurants. Bird lovers can indulge themselves at the Vogelboulevard. In short: an ideal base for exploring Texel!

Wonderful holiday home near forest, dunes and sea!

Welcome to our wonderful holiday home located in the beautiful town of Schoorl within walking bike distance of the forest the dunes and the sea. The house, completely renovated in 2020, is detached, has its own entrance, a small garden to the south with a cozy canopy. The cozy living room has French doors to the sunny terrace, an open kitchen with dishwasher and oven, one bedroom and a bathroom. There are 2 fine bicycles with gears for rent at the cottage.

The Buizerd: a super cozy, spacious guest house in the tail of a Westfrie farm overlooking the meadows, located near the beach and the dunes of Bergen and Schoorl. This spacious and cozily furnished house seats six adults and/or children. For example, a family with two children and grandpa and grandma (who have their bedroom and private bathroom downstairs). Or a group of girlfriends looking for a nice location for their annual sidelets weekend.

In the winter it can be too cold to sit there only with the fireplace. Bathroom has a 2-person bath and a double shower. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. Wonderful apartment to stay entirely on your own and enjoying the tranquility!
