It's located in the small town of Powellville, Md. It is 21 miles from Assateague, 20 miles from Ocean City, 12 miles from Berlin, 13 miles from Salisbury and 41 miles from Chincotegue VA. Such a beautiful home and property! Loved the space available here and the enclosed back porch area was a beautiful place to start the day. Our hosts were so incredibly nice and thoughtful in all the ways they made us feel at home and welcome! Highly recommend their home and will return!

This property was an absolute gem! Tucked away just enough to feel completely private and serene, but still conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and everything we needed. The setting was beautiful—quiet, surrounded by nature, and the little pond with ducks was such a peaceful touch. We loved starting our mornings with coffee by the water and ending our evenings in complete silence, away from the noise of the city. The house itself was well-appointed, and very comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind while still having access to all the essentials nearby!

My wife, newborn baby, and dogs needed a place to stay to attend a family wedding. Kevin’s place fit the bill and our needs. Plenty of space. The bedroom with the reclining chair was super clutch. The neighborhood is safe and very walkable. I appreciate how responsive Kevin was and that he was proactive with updates.
