It's located in the small town of Powellville, Md. It is 21 miles from Assateague, 20 miles from Ocean City, 12 miles from Berlin, 13 miles from Salisbury and 41 miles from Chincotegue VA. Sorry we do not allow pets as some guest have pet allergies.

Very nice place to stay! 40 mins from Ocean City, MD. Great place to stay for USSSA Nationals Tournament in Salisbury. Close to shopping centers and lots of restaurants. Townhouse was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive-would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for the Eagleman 70.3 and found the HighBanks house exactly what we needed and wanted. A secluded property where our families could relax and enjoy some time together. Parisa send us the information we needed and was very accommodating to us. We enjoyed staying at the HighBanks house and would recommend to others as well.

The home was a lot more spacious than what I thought based on the photos so it was perfect for the 8 of us to not feel cramped, especially with 3 bathrooms! It was also a great location for the wedding attended at Kylan Barn. I liked that it had the little things like dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags and more provided. I’ve stayed at places where these things aren’t so you have to pack them or get them. With our short stay it was greatly appreciated to not have to deal with this.

Very nice little place! The deck and outside fire pit was very inviting, we loved having a fenced in area for the dog and kids! Our host was very responsive, we came back from the beach one day and the power/AC was out, and within 15 minutes of messaging him, everything was back in order. The camper is a little tight inside for 2 adults and 2 kids, but was perfect for us because the weather was great and we were just inside the camper to sleep, and the outside area was lovely. Thanks for a great stay!

Fabulous communication. User error on the keypad and Jennifer was a step ahead, making sure we were in and set-up! My son and his teammates went fishing all around the community (he wants to come back). Not sure if she mentions that it’s also an end unit! Priced the same as 3 hotel rooms (3 parents and their sons) and minutes to the baseball complex. Thank you!!

We loved our stay at Melanie's place! Waking up to the sound of crashing waves was the highlight of our stay. Melanie's parents were so kind to us and let us use their part of the private beach. They also gave us some delicious Maryland Blue Crab they caught right at the beach. This is very hard to top!
