Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

Our half-timbered house, built around 1550, is located on the longest adjoining half-timbered house street in Lower Saxony and due to its central location in the city center, all sights are easily accessible on foot in a few minutes. The coziness of the half-timbered house is immediately noticeable. It is very family-friendly and our capable property management is always available. It has three levels, with the bedrooms on the upper floors only accessible via narrow stairs.

You will spend your vacation in our apartment on the 7th floor (elevator available) of a former hotel. Through the panoramic window you have a breathtaking view of the mountains and the climatic spa of Bad Grund. The apartment has a fitted kitchen, a dining area, a modern bathroom with a large shower, as well as a cozy solid wood double bed with cotton bed linen. On the balcony you sit between herbs (for self-harvesting) & flowers on teak furniture.

Our rental is mainly aimed at business travelers and field staff, but also private travelers who are located near Hanover or other immediate surroundings. We are particularly characterized by the direct connection and proximity to Expo Hanover. Despite the good accessibility of the fairgrounds and the center of Hanover, our property offers you the necessary tranquility at the same time.

The small apartment (34 m²) can be booked for 2 to 4 people and has a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. A large garden with seating areas and lawn can also be used. Smaller pets are allowed. The apartment is built and designed with natural building materials, such as wood, clay and eco-paint. The apartment is rather unsuitable for children for safety reasons. Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.

Waldferienhaus - Cosy cottage close to the forest

My cottage Waldferienhaus is located on a meadow at the edge of the small town Lamspringe. There is a beautiful view into the landcape. The calm, hilly countryside is inviting you to spend some relaxing days far from noise and traffic. You can explore the environment by hiking (some nice geocaching-trails here), or visit the Harz mountains or some towns like Goslar, Hildesheim, Bad Gandersheim.
