This gorgeous chalet perched on a high hill is surrounded with trees and features an enormous wrap-around deck, HOT TUB, wood-burning fireplace, huge smart TVs and a GAME ROOM for adults and kids with every fun game you can imagine- pool, ping pong, PacMan video arcades, darts and more. Each bed is new and there are king beds and trundle beds to accommodate visitors of all ages. Please note there is an extra charge of $75 for first dog, $25/ea for 2nd/3rd (2nd/3rd dog fees charged later).

Centered in Fauquier's wine country it is ideal for the weekend escape, or day trips West to the mountains, East to DC or points south. Also, a perfect solution for accommodating family at get-to-gathers, wedding guest, or your "Halfway overnight stay" traveler North/ South or to the beach.

The Alton Cottage is a charming, newly refurbished 1820s guest house- formerly a summer kitchen to the original farm house. Views are of rolling fields and their bovine occupants. We are within 30 minutes of almost 20 wineries and another 20 breweries, 5 min to Airlie, and only 5 mi to Old Town Warrenton. We are also close to several antique stores, farmers markets and Shenandoah National Park. We strive to make every guests stay special.
