Cozy Queen Bedroom close to Boston

Sunny room in a clean, quiet home. Very quiet street in a busy area. The Room is on the second floor of the house and it has a queen bed, a night stand, a sofa, a working desk and a closet. There is one other bedroom on the floor, and the bathroom is shared with the guest from this other room (if there’s one guest staying there). Myself and my partner live on the first floor of the house, and we can be easily reached in person, through email or text messages.
