Farmstay vacation rentals in Decentralized Administration of the Aegean

The apartment is a mile or so outside the port and little town of Livadi. We stayed for a week and as we didnt have a car walked to and from the town along a beautiful tree lined bay where we stopped off to eat in the cafe and bathe in the sea. The apartment which is attached to a larger house is thoughtfully decorated in a rough cottage style. We had breakfast and cooked evening meals in the kitchen and eat outside in the attractive patio garden. As Vici says in the brochure the apartment is small and we found adapting to its size was sometimes tricky but Vici is a brilliant and friendly host. During our stay she helped us again and again by collecting and returning us and our bags to the port and showing us around the little town. It was a great pleasure to meet her.

Séjour absolument idyllique dans cette petite maison cycladique. Elle est simplement impeccable, petite mais comporte tout ce qui est nécessaire, et offre une vue imprenable depuis le lit dont il est impossible de se lasser. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, largement à la hauteur de nos attentes et nous y reviendrons pour sûr. Il faut seulement prévoir un moyen de locomotion (ce que nous n'avions pas) ou acheter tout le nécessaire avant d'arriver car il est impossible de faire ses courses à pieds et il n'y a pas de transports publics. Merci beaucoup Lambros !

We never met the owner but communication was always clear and she was always available via message for any need. The house is magnificent and decorated with style, surrounded by greenery and silence. We stayed for 12 nights and enjoyed every moment. Very sad to leave but we can't wait to return. Thank you for a great stay!

Once we found the property it was hard to leave. We could have spent an entire week lying out on the patio admiring the 180 degree panoramic view whilst staying in a beautifully designed and comfortable property. It lacked nothing. A car is essential though. We followed Alexandra’s excellent recommendations and appreciated the comprehensive information given on the area. A wonderful stay.

Emma und Michalis leben auf einem wunderschönen Gelände mit vielen Pflanzen, Olivenbäumen und Tieren. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich und bietet alles, was man zur Selbstverpflegung braucht. Es ist sehr ruhig dort und der Blick aufs Meer ist wunderschön. Mit einem Mietwagen ist man sehr schnell an vielen schönen Orten der Insel. Emma ist eine herausragende, herzliche Gastgeberin. So freundlich, aufmerksam und toll. Sie hat uns nicht nur mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps zu Ausflugszielen und Restaurants versorgt sondern auch mit leckeren Oliven und Öl aus dem eigenen Anbau. Auch für unsere Tochter war alles vorhanden (Sandspielzeug, Babysitz etc.) Vielen Dank für deine und eure Gastfreundschaft!

Belle maison cycladique idéalement située pour visiter l’île, et demeurer loins de la foule et de la cohue. Fani est très proactive et ses parents à côté assurent rapidement les réponses aux demandes. Le logement est fonctionnel et on peut y être autonome plusieurs jours dans problème. Je recommande ce logement, excellent rapport qualité -prix et très bien situé.

Stefanos was friendly & answered our inquires and requests promptly. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, including a dishwasher and clothes washer. It was pleasant to sit in the courtyard for meals in the fresh air. There is a roof terrace with a wide view of the sea, other islands and especially the sunset. It is located in a traditional village with only narrow, cobble-stoned foot paths winding in a maze between brilliant white traditional homes. The scenic village of Oia and a local bus stop are a short walk. There are several markets and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

Schöne Unterkunft mit toller, großer Terrasse! Voll ausgestattet, alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und bekamen einen Überblick über Strände, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants auf der Insel. Der Kühlschrank war bei Begrüßung voll und wurde auch immer wieder aufgefüllt, teils mit Produkten der Farm und liebevoll zubereitetem Gebäck. Die Unterkunft liegt recht abseits, man benötigt unbedingt ein Auto und muss sich darauf einstellen immer ein kleines Stück zu fahren, wenn man beispielsweise abends essen gehen möchte. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Waren zu zweit hier, nach sehr schwieriger Ankunft durch ein Gewitter über dem Flughafen, sind wir erst auf ca 0:00Uhr in der Unterkunft angekommen, trotzdem konnten wir problemlos einchecken. Der Aufenthalt war geprägt von Ruhe und Gelassenheit, die freilaufenden Hühner und die naturbelassene Gegend hat einen besonderen Charme. Wir wurden immer freundlich behandelt und hatten alles was wir brauchten. Die Unterkunft ist definitiv zu empfehlen für alle die Ruhe und Privatsphäre wollen.

Overall, an amazing place to stay. Looks just like the photos - very stylish and great views. The top terrace was a particular favourite of ours and very peaceful. We didn’t use the lower terrace as it was slightly less convenient and there were only two of us (it is down a set of stairs and behind a locked door). The village has three restaurants although one was closed when we came in mid September. The other two were perfect for dinner in the evening and only a few minutes on foot. There wasn’t a shop in the village so we had to drive back to the main town for supplies. The Airbnb was initially a little hard to find but Terry was immediately responsive and guided us to the right entrance on the phone. None of these were major issues though - we very much enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend if you want to be able to explore Tinos but stay somewhere (very) quiet and peaceful away from the busier villages.

Anna Maria und Stratos were the best hosts! Very good communication even long before we arrived, they made us feel very welcome and took great care of us. Anna Maria even brought us fresh eggs from the farm and selfmade olive oil to try. She was also very proactive with recommendations and helped us plan our days. The house was very cute, a standalone house on the top of the hill with a beautiful wide view of the island. Everything was very clean and the bed comfortable. We can really recommend this apartment to anyone valuing privacy and an authentic stay on Naxos!

This place is so magical! Beautiful and quite surroundings and cozy house with a super nice patio overlooking the sea :) Alain was very informative before we got there and Maria was on point with recommendations even for our next destinations :) the house has everything you could wish for and felt just like home. Can’t recommend it enough :) thank you!

Oasis in nature, gorgeous villa with a pool overlooking the sea and hills. We absolutely loved our stay! The house is beautifully decorated, well equiped, there is everything you might need and really comfy bed :-) We loved the pool that has an amazing view. We enjoyed different seating options - 2 terrases, armchairs by the pool, or in shade under the tree.. Nikos and Maria are absolutely adorable! They made sure we had everything we needed. They even bought toys for our kids to play with and prepare new toys for the pool. You feel completely in the nature, in the hills, but you are still 2min from the main road to go places. We will definitely come back!!! :-)

We absolutely loved our 4 day stay here. This is the real Greek island 'white house and blue doors' experience with a stunning view of the sea. The 2 simple stone houses were built by Adonis and Sofia on their family land in traditional Sifnos island style. They are rustic and small but very comfortable and give you an insight into how Cycladic island families live. We loved sitting outside under the shady tree or in the warm sunshine looking over the valley and out to the sea. It's a 10 minute walk into town along one of the many ancient walking paths Apollonia is a delightful town with lots of restaurants and a lovely 'shopping street' which winds its way up to the blue-domed church. It's very easy to catch the bus and explore the island from here. Sofia and Adonis are incredibly kind and generous hosts who answered our questions about island life and gave us delicious traditional island food to sample. This is one of the best Airbnb experiences we've had!

Villa magnifique ! Dans un cadre idyllique au milieu des oliviers et cactus. Maison très spacieuse, très bien équipée. Kyriakos nous a très bien accueillit et s’est montré très disponible tout au long du séjour. Nous avons énormément apprécié sa réactivité ainsi que sa bienveillance. Ce logement vous permettra de passer un excellent séjour à Paros !

This place is an absolute gem! It exceeded our expectations in every possible way. We stayed there as a group of 16 people, and everybody loved it. Some of us even went so far as to vote it the best airbnb we ever stayed in. It is a beautiful villa on the hill surrounded with oleanders and other flower shrubs with spectacular views of the sea and the island. Every apartment has it's own balcony, and the common areas are very spacious and stylishly furnished. Everything is very clean and fresh. The terrace with the pool faces east and provides an opportunity to look at the sunrise over the sea. Panos is very friendly and helpful in many ways. He helped to transport us from and to the ferry, and even drove us to the supermarket to shop groceries and helped with translation at the store. It is a place we really want to return to!

A group of 9 of us stayed and had an AMAZING stay! We celebrated a close friend’s birthday and we were not disappointed - Giannis was especially responsive and caring - a welcome basket was kindly prepared for us. The villa was spotless and exceeded all expectations. The views were unmatched and each bedroom was perfect. We would love to stay here again. Thank you! :)

Toni is a great host: detail-oriented, proactive, warm, friendly and attentive. The studio is perfect and very well located and close enough to the two main cities on Paros island, while enjoying very quiet nights away from the night life. A rental car or quad is required. Lovely beaches only a few minutes away, lots of coffee shops and bakeries… Toni is very knowledgeable about the area and has many great recommendations to offer. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely return!

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und der Ausblick mindestens genauso so schön wie auf den Bildern ! Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und haben uns sehr gefreut, das man auch in der Wohnung kochen konnte. Es war sehr schön ruhig und daher perfekt zum runterkommen :). Supermärkte und Restaurants, sowie der Strand waren fußläufig erreichbar. Jurga war super freundlich und war sehr gut erreichbar .

Our stay at Irene's place was absolutely amazing. The facilities were even better than the pictures with an amazing pool and peaceful grounds. Everything in the villa was fantastic, Irene's hospitality was so kind and generous. From providing a warm welcome, giving us lots of her own produce and numerous local reccomendations. We are so greatful for the faskomilo hospitality. We cannot wait to come back as soon as possible!

Alexia and her family were beautiful hosts. The house is set in the tranquil mountains of rethymno with beautiful views. The trip to Rethymno is a 8-10 minute drive and Rethymno is a beautiful town. Alexia communicated exceptionally well and even arranged us a taxi to the airport. Alexia's parents greeted us with some greek delicacies upon arrival which was a lovely touch.

We had an amazing stay at Maria's house. It was cosy and a great location to be right in the middle of the village, the highlight was swimming from the rocks beneath the church of the seven martyrs every morning!
