This home was so beautiful! It was a perfect size for our family of 8 (4 adults, 4 children). The views could not be better. The pools were great, we spent a lot of time in them. The beach is a short walk. There is a restaurant down the road we ate at multiple times with fresh fish daily, or you can drive a short 25 minutes into town for many restaurants and grocery stores. The hosts were very responsive, house was very clean, comfortable beds. Overall an amazing stay and we would highly recommend!

Amazing apartment and perfect for a morning swim!

Balcony lodging at Hydra port is perfect location, is well maintained and was cozy!

Excellent séjour. L’appartement est parfait à proximité de la mer et d’une rue vivante où se trouve boutiques, bars et restaurants. L’accès à Athènes se fait facilement en bus. Lia et son mari sont des hôtes de qualité qui ont su nous donner toutes les informations et conseils en amont pour préparer notre séjour. Un grand merci à eux.

Séjour court mais très agréable chez Dionisis avec qui la communication a été simple et facile . Logement pratique et bien située au Pirée dans un quartier plutôt calme et agréable en bord de mer. Le bus passe à quelques pas du logement et permet de rejoindre facilement le métro et le port.

Spiros is a nice person and was great with communication. Unit was clean and just about 5 minutes from the central area.

This place was incredible. I stayed there with my husband and two daughters. The view from the living room and one of the bedrooms was amazing. The beds were comfortable. The one facing the water and the street was noisy but a pair of earplugs help me sleep through the night. And I woke up to the most wonderful view. I recommend this place highly. Dionisis was very responsive. His recommendation for dinner was great. He even gifted us a bottle of Hercules white wine! We had breakfast and delicious coffee just downstairs from our place. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in Athens!

Absolutely beautiful place! My mom, sister and I stayed for one night and it was perfectly located near Piraeus port to travel to the islands (we needed to be there early AM and wanted to avoid traffic from city). We were in awe of the beautiful spaces and architecture. It was super clean and comfy. And has really nice hangout spots outside to admire the ocean view. Loved it and will be back again! Thank you for the hospitality

The month of May in Spetses is difficult to beat. Warm weather, flowers and shrubs in full bloom and, because it is not full tourist season, it is lively but not crowded. Mariana’s simple traditional house is hard to beat. The very large rear patio with its excellent barbecue and a large electric canopy above a dining table still manages a good sea view. The house is close enough to the action - a 15 minute walk to the main town along the main road. Mariana is extremely helpful and on hand via AirBnb messaging at any time. Her father, Yannis, is the perfect and charming onsite host - nothing is too much for him. Ask him for taxi number - Kostas, his nephew with new Mercedes people carrier - again, charming. A great stay.

Absolutely spectacular views and a lovely place to chill out and take in the scenery. Great little cove to explore with turquoise sea to swim in. The house has everything you need and is both a pretty setting to spend the day at and also well equipped with all the essentials like laundry powder and dishwasher tablets making life easy. It is quite remote so one of the roads to the house that google maps may try to take you on to the house was not passable at the time of our visit. Not a problem once you learn to ignore google. Frank's instructions are good and Frank was very responsive when we had minor issues operating equipment. Salamina is not a wealthy or commercial island but it has a wealth of natural beauty with rugged hills, pine forests and lots of nice pebbly beaches (small and very pretty pebbles and lots of interesting shells). There are some great beach and marina side restaurants. We could happily have stayed longer if we had the time!

Maria is the very definition of the term "super host." In fact, Airbnb should create another category for someone like her who puts in such tremendous amounts of passion, care, and effort into hosting. We've stayed at other "super host" properties, but Maria goes so far above and beyond what others do that she is in a league of her own. She keeps the place spotless and has more than everything you might need, no matter how long your stay. You'll never feel like you have to do without anything or only have the bare minimum because she provides you with all of the touches of home. The apartment is in a fantastic location in Perdika, close enough to Aegina Town if you want to go, but also far removed from the touristy stores and restaurants if you want a relaxing island retreat. Maria herself is so kind and thoughtful and really takes the time to get to know you. She picked us up and dropped us off at the ferry, gave us a tour of Perdika, and even hosted us for wine and home cooking.

Dimitrios’ place was great. He was super communicative and provided really good recommendations. The location of the place was also perfect. Would be happy to stay here again.

Anna und Dimitris waren perfekte Gastgeber. Zur Begrüßung gab es gleich einige griechische Leckereien (unter anderem eine sehr leckere Orangenmarmelade und eine riesige Schale mit Früchten). Außerdem gab es viele tolle Vorschläge zu Ausflugsziele und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen mit einer großen überdachten Veranda und einer stimmigen Einrichtung. Absolut alles was man so braucht ist vorhanden. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, es gibt einige Badestellen wenige Gehminuten entfernt und auch das Ortszentrum mit Restaurants und diversen Läden ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt es viel zu entdecken in der Gegend, einen Tagesausflug nach Hydra kann ich z.B. sehr empfehlen. Zwar liegt das Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend, wer absolute Ruhe schätz sollte jedoch bedenke dass das Haus im Ort liegt mit entsprechender gelegentlicher Geräuschkulisse. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und ich kann es absolut empfehlen!

We just loved Amalia and Costos. So friendly. We felt like family. Views are BEAUTIFUL!! Spetses is amazing just like Amalia. She even arranged a taxi for us to get back to port with our luggage and saw us off. Would love to stay there again.

Absolutely loved my stay here — highly recommend! From the moment I arrived, Chrisoula made me feel right at home with the warmest welcome at check-in. The suite was spotless and recently renovated, featuring gorgeous ceiling lights that were even better in person than in the photos! The patio offers a peek at the ocean, yet the location still feels tucked away enough to enjoy privacy and quiet. You’re steps from a beautiful beach and just beside a chic beach club with great restaurant options. Even McDonald’s is only a 10-minute walk if you’re craving something quick. Whether you want to relax on the beach right outside your door or explore the nearby clubs and restaurants, this place has it all. I’ll definitely be booking again in the future. We had a great time at Perdika! The house was perfect for our needs, spacious enough for 3 people. It was very clean and ready to be used. The best part was the balcony with an amazing view over the Perdika Marina, where we enjoy amazing sunsets. We were also walking distance from bakeries, supermarkets, and restaurants. The boat to Moni Island was super close by as well. Our host, Raphael, was very nice, prontly answering our requests, and suggesting some activities we could do in Perdika and in Aegina. We are super happy with our decision to stay here! Thank you to Raphael for the warm hospitality. We recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a calm, private space in a beautiful location!

Great place to stay to combine a visit of the sights of Athens with pleasant beach and promenade walks. Despite it being densely populated with heavy traffic, the apartment was quiet, spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The walks along the waterfront (promenade and beach) were enjoyable! Alexandria did a wonderful job greeting us and explaining everything about the property! Thank you Tony, Syefanie and Alexandria!

We absolutely loved this spot! Close to cute cafes and beautiful beaches within walking distance. I really loved waking up in the am to the birds and sounds of the sea while having coffee. Thank you!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’appartement est très bien situé, face à ma mer et proche de toutes les commodités. Il est grand, spacieux, propre et bien équipé. L’hôte a été très réactive et flexible notamment pour le Check in et out. Nous gardons précieusement cette adresse !

Marilena est une personne soucieuse de ses voyageurs. Elle met tout en oeuvre pour que l'on passe un bon séjour. Tant dans la communication, les recommandations et la prestation qu'elle offre. Nous avons pu faire tout ce que l'on souhaitait ( marche, plage, visite d'Athenes, plaisir gustatif, baignade, bain de soleil..).
