Eine hübsche und top eingerichtete Wohnung in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause und man hat alles was man braucht. Das Heft mit den Sehenswürdigkeiten und weiteren Empfehlungen fand ich sehr hilfreich. Gerne wieder!

I stayed for a bit more than a month. I felt at home right away. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, the oven works well. There is no microwave and that did not bother me at all. The bed is big and super comfy, I slept very well. I loved the sofas and the possibility to watch TV in several languages. The apartment is in a local neighborhood, I recommend the Jasmin restaurant, absolutely lovely staff. I could work most days from the apartment. You can also take time on the terrasse and that is where the washing machines are located. You can take a petit taxi for 20dhs until the beach. Choukran bezzaf Rania for my stay!

Impeccable, le logement était propre et à proximité des commerces et restaurants (accès facile à pied). Le airbnb est situé a 10min en voiture du centre d'Agadir, nous n'avons pas du tout eu de mal à nous déplacer avec les nombreux taxis qui tournent aux alentours. Le airbnb est également très sécurisé, des vigiles sont présents à l'entrée de la résidence.

The place is really beautiful, modern and clean. The area is also very secure, with security present at the gate all the time which made us feel very safe. The two bathrooms were really a game changer! It made getting ready much easier each of us had our own space and we didn’t have to wait after each other , especially after going for a swim at the pool or after a day at the beach. I 100% recommend this place !

From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The host’s warm hospitality made all the difference, providing excellent recommendations and always being quick to assist whenever we needed anything. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our stay seamless and enjoyable. If you're looking for a great atmosphere, and a host who goes above and beyond, this is the perfect choice. Logement bien situé et correspond à la description, mais je dois signaler qu’avant notre arrivée, notre hôte nous a demandé de scanner les pièces d’identité de tous les occupants du logement. Cette demande m’a désagréablement surprise et irrité car c’est la première fois que j’ai cette requête policière d’un hôte. J’ai refusé de mettre les pièces d’identité de ma famille sur internet et l’hôte m’a demandé de lui transmettre les noms, prénoms, dates de naissance et les numéros de passeport de ma famille, ce que j’ai fait par obligation. Alors que Airbnb garantis les hôtes et les invités. Je pense que ce comportement n’est pas dans l’esprit de Airbnb. Sinon pour le reste tout était conforme.

Super séjour ! Le logement était propre, bien situé et conforme aux photos. Très bon accueil de la part de mr mohamed, toujours disponible et réactif. Rien à dire, tout s’est très bien passé. Je recommande vivement et je reviendrai avec plaisir !

J'ai passé une nuitée pour un engagement personnel à Agadir, le local était propre et l'emplacement est parfait. Le studio est parfait et bien organisé, je le recommande.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hans and Soukaïna’s property. Their hospitality was excellent, with regular updates and check-in texts from Hans making sure we were okay, organising meal times and even providing wonderful recommendations for things to do around the city. Their administration, from our pick up at the airport to checking in and out, was seamless. The option to use a trusted driver for transport throughout our stay - Majid - was extremely convenient for us. The villa itself was wonderfully decorated, clean and fitted with the best amenities. My son really enjoyed using the pool, which was heated, cleaned and kept well. Fatima graciously cooked a lovely breakfast for us each day, which my entire family throughly enjoyed. The villa’s surroundings are stunning and its location within a gated community with dedicated security adds safety. Overall, we had an amazing time in Villa Palmeraie Golf. We’d definitely recommend this property and would love to stay again.

Je vous recommande à 100% le logement proposé par Karim. Nous étions 7 et nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’emplacement du logement est plus qu’idéal car très proche du souk elhad et de toutes commodités. Logement très propre et bien entretenu, qui correspond aux images présentées. Karim et sa femme ont été très accueillants, d’une très grande gentillesse et sont très réactifs : en cas de besoin, vous pouvez compter sur eux! Encore merci Karim d’avoir accepté ma demande de dernière minute qui était de rajouter une personne en plus pour ce séjour et merci pour toutes les recommandations. Karim nous a également envoyé un taxi pour nous chercher à l’aéroport (gros bisous à Hassan) ce qui a grandement facilité notre arrivée. Quand je reviendrais à Agadir, c’est avec plaisir que je reviendrais dans ce logement inshaaAllah!

Tout était absolument parfait ! La villa est très grande, la grande pièce à vivre avec les salons et le billard est très agréable. Le joli jardin arboré est très bien entretenu ainsi que la piscine par le gardien Amou qui est super gentil et serviable, au-delà de ce qu’on peut attendre de lui. Zina, la cuisinière, nous a régalés de petits-déjeuners et repas marocains délicieux, adaptés à nos goûts et régîmes alimentaires, le tout avec le sourire et une gentillesse sans pareil. Mina et Assma, notre contact sur place, sont réactives et la communication était facile et agréable. Elle font tout pour qu’on se sente bien. La villa se situe dans une rue calme mais pas trop loin d’Agadir. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire dans la région. Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine et cela a été dur de quitter ce petit paradis.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Ali est un hôte très agréable, accueillant et réactif. Un grand merci pour le délicieux couscous traditionnel du vendredi, une belle attention qui nous a fait très plaisir. Le logement est bien situé, avec commerces et cafés à proximité, ce qui est très pratique au quotidien. Je recommande vivement !

Notre séjour chez Malika a été tout simplement exceptionnel. La maison est magnifique, avec une décoration soigneusement choisie, pleine de charme et de goût. Chaque coucher de soleil, que nous avons pu admirer confortablement installés sur le canapé de la terrasse, un verre de vin marocain à la main, était un moment magique. Mais ce qui rend ce séjour vraiment inoubliable, c’est Malika elle-même. Elle est l'âme de ce lieu, une personne d’une gentillesse et d’une générosité rares. Nous sommes très heureux et reconnaissants d’avoir eu la chance de la rencontrer. Merci encore pour tout, Malika — nous espérons revenir très bientôt !

Great host. We had good communication. The house is big, clean and comfortable. Good neighbors. It’s up on the hill, easy to park the car and good for those who like to walk. For those lazy people the car is necessary. We spent 32 days in the house, and we can’t complain about it.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. L’endroit est impeccable, très propre, calme et idéalement situé, à quelques pas seulement de la plage. Le logement est parfaitement entretenu, on s’y sent vraiment bien. Je suis très satisfait de ce séjour et je recommande vivement cet appartement pour son emplacement, sa propreté et sa tranquillité. Ich komme aus Deutschland und habe als Frau allein in diesem Airbnb von Mohamed gelebt – und ich kann aus tiefstem Herzen sagen: Ich habe mich die ganze Zeit über unglaublich sicher und wohl gefühlt. Das war mir persönlich sehr wichtig, da ich über einen Monat lang alleine dort war. In den letzten zehn Tagen kam dann noch mein Mann dazul. Mohameds Unterkunft war einfach wunderbar! Alles hat reibungslos geklappt und ich habe insgesamt eineinhalb Monate dort verbracht. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich der Service: Schon vor meiner Anreise wurde mir angeboten, dass ich Dinge, die mir vielleicht fehlen könnten (wie z. B. eine Körperwaage), einfach mitteilen kann – und sie wurden extra für mich bereitgestellt. Das fand ich wahnsinnig aufmerksam und super sympathisch! Es war mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal, dass ich bei Mohamed wohnen werde – ich freue mich jetzt schon auf das nächste Mal! 😊

I had a great stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It’s on the second floor, and there’s an elevator, which is very convenient. The balcony was lovely, and the swimming pool was a great bonus. Parking was also available, which made things easier. Imane was very helpful and always responded quickly. I really enjoyed my stay thank you!

As always, the best accommodation in Agadir especially for a family who wants comfort and safety. The recent addition of a beautiful new TV with Netflix was a pleasant surprise!

Our stay at Laila’s place was by far our best Airbnb experience in Morocco. The home exceeded our expectation, it was easy to find, the check-in process was smooth, and everything was spotless and ready for us upon arrival. As a family of five with three children, we really appreciated the location. The proximity to the swimming pool, beach, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance which made our stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable. We had planned to work remotely during our trip, and the high-speed internet was a huge bonus. It made working from Morocco absolutely seamless. It truly felt like a home away from home. Laila was professional, so kind, and incredibly responsive throughout our stay. We highly recommend her place and would absolutely stay here again!
