*Promotion price due to construction site until Oct 25* Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Newly furnished, comfortable apartment in Davos, right next to the nordic skiing trails and easy walking distance from the Parsenn ski-lifts and Davos Dorf train station. In a quiet part of town with a south facing balcony that gets sun from early to late, its the perfect base for alpine skiing, nordic skiing, hiking or congress guests. Flat comfortably sleeps 4 with a king size (180cm) bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in the upstairs area looking down on the living room.

Auf unserer Terrasse steht ein Aussenwhirlpool für 5 Personen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Der Whirlpool befindet sich auf der Terrasse des Hauses, die gemeinsam von euch und uns genutzt wird. Um dorthin zu gelangen, müsst ihr ein paar Aussentreppen steigen. Genießt dort ungestörte Erholung mit herrlichem Ausblick!

Klein aber fein! Zentral gelegen, aber absolut ruhig. Das Studio ist neu erstellt und eingerichtet. Der Raum ist hell, mit einem schönen Blick auf Brämabüel und Jakobshorn. Das bequeme Schlafsofa kann mit einem Griff geöffnet und geschlossen werden, so dass ein bequemes und gemütliches Wohnzimmer zur Verfügung steht. Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher stehen nebst Herd mit Backofen zur Verfügung. Mikrowelle und Tiefkühlschrank in separatem Raum. Der Garten kann mitbenützt werden.

Mountain Shack

The small and rustic tiny house is right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The accommodation has two floors with a double bed, shower, and toilet on the second floor. The first floor offers a small kitchenette and space to eat. We are located about 7 minutes drive from Davos, in a peaceful and gorgeous setting. To get into Davos, the bus stops conveniently in front of our house, and will bring you back here regularily. Bus fare is included with guest cards.

We rent our newly renovated beautiful Attikastudio in the heart of Davos. The bright attic apartment is located slightly elevated between Davos Dorf and Davos Platz above the congress center in a multi-family house on the top floor. The bus stop "Kongresszentrum" is reachable in 2 minutes walking distance. Due to the location, the apartment offers a beautiful view over Davos, the mountain panorama and has a direct view of the Jakobshorn. Reg-Nr. 12499
