The nicest places that I have ever stayed, the staff is very friendly and very accomadating , I have stayed here previously and it's the nicest place and the cleanest place in Dumaguete and the only place I will ever stay when I am in Dumaguete, The host is very accommodating and very friendly, I love staying at her place so quiet, clean and peaceful, Thank You for having me and I look forward to staying at your place next time I am in Dumaguete.

My dive buddy and I stayed here on our last trip. Dream Diving is just steps away from the shore. We did several dives from this location, muck to the west and reef to the east. The diving is excellent! We saw something new each dive. There is a cafe with excellent food and friendly staff on location. Highly recommend!

Zy’s Place is Clean and it is nearby the Airport, Mall and Restaurants. Zy is a very Nice, Friendly, Helpful Host. I would recommend to stay in Zy’s Place.

We had a good stay with Kaylene's place. Well equiped with what we need. Good location with restaurants nearby and easy access for transportation to roam around.

I have stayed in so many Airbnb's over the last few years around the Philippines and only some of them stand out to me in terms of the overall experience and this was one of the top notch experiences without a doubt, the host is extremely on the ball with making sure your experience is perfect With great communication quick to reply just wanting to make sure you have a good experience. Coupled with the unit itself which is spotless, comfortable and has everything you need. I'm big on having a comfortable bed and I've been getting incredible sleep here. I love when an Airbnb just does all the little things right it makes you want to keep coming back to that place, this is definitely one of them I highly recommend!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rommel’s place! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The place was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a level of cleanliness that truly sets it apart. I was especially impressed by the weekly cleaning service – a rare find in an Airbnb! The security of the place made me feel at ease, and the location was perfect – close to everything I needed. Rommel is a fantastic host, ensuring that everything was perfect for my stay. By far the best Airbnb experience I’ve had. Highly recommend!

This is a perfect accommodation for a family, especially with older kids since standard hotel rooms only allow up to 2 persons. The unit is very clean, has complete kitchen appliances, utensils and basic condiments so we were able to cook. Towels are provided for each of us and there is a dedicated space at the roofdeck if you need to hang clothes to dry. The place is just 10 mins away from the airport, a known landmark and within Dumaguete so it is very convenient to travel whether by tricycles or rented van. It is also very secure as the guards always verify vehicles coming in. There are restaurants, stalls and food hub within walking distance so we were able to explore the area and also appreciate the seaside often. Hennith is very responsive, and even provided recommendation for a local tour when I asked. I highly recommend her place, definitely a great find.

We had a great stay at this condo unit! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable family trip. The location was convenient, and check-in was smooth. Ma’am Diane was very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. If you’re bringing a car, make sure to book a parking space. Would definitely book again!

location was fantastic, right by all the dive shops (Bongo Bongo specifically) and around the corner from two great restaurants (Jardin and Sabbies food hub). The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the air conditioning worked well however the shower didn't have hot water. this was not an issue as it was so hot anyway but just a note. the pool was a welcome relief too. overall if you are in Dauin to dive as there is nothing else to do and the beach is disgusting, is recommend this accommodation.

We had a great stay at Josephs place, beside the fact, that there were Long brownouts for the time we stayed. But thats not Josephs fault. He was very helpful to bring us small Generators, so we could have wifi and and a Fan at while there was no power. He also gave us bikes for free and drove us to the Port free of charge for our troubles. The property was very beautiful. The only Little downside was, that there were construction workers every day, so there was not us much privacy as hoped, they also started working early in the Morning. Otherwise we had a great stay beside the circumstances. Thanks for having us.

My friend and I booked this place to prep for our MA thesis defense. It’s quiet, the internet is fast, and it was a great spot to focus. We didn’t stay overnight, but we had a pleasant time. The host was super responsive and everything was just like in the listing.

A wonderful place to stay. Great communication. Folks at the sari sari store next door were super friendly and helpful. Good kitchen setup. A couple of decent beach accesses close by. Almost always a trike on the road to give an inexpensive lift to wherever you would like to go. I would definitely stay again.

we loved staying here at Clide's place. the rooms were quite clean and spacious. the pool is overlooking the ocean, and the restaurant served delicious food and drinks. the staff were very attentive to our needs, even after we asked to check out really early at 4am! i highly recommend Clide's place, will definitely stay here in again

Direct access to the ocean by stairs on the terrace. 15 minute drive to Dumaguete, Valencia, Dauin and Zamboanguita. Many dive resorts and beaches nearby. Plenty of diverse restaurants nearby. 50/50 chance to see turtles when snorkeling right in front of the terrace.
