在院子裡可以看五峰山的夕陽，附近的景點很多，可以到碧潭看水舞秀，烏來泡溫，或是坪林喝茶。離購物商場裕隆城也很近。二樓兩間套房，三樓一間套房，三樓有小圖書閱讀區跟陽台，還有洗衣間。包棟可以提供廚房使用，也可以點外賣，另外一樓晚上提供視聽設備，可以看電影，唱歌🎤，還有麻將桌可提供使用。院子有烤肉架，如果要烤肉可以自備食材。包棟我們會贈送早餐食材，請自行烹煮。
