Cozy apartment with a nice balcony

If you are looking for peace to relax, you will find it here. The apartment is located on the outskirts of the historic Vinetastadt Barth. This small harbor town at the foot of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula cordially invites every nature lover. So you will find behind our house a wide field on which in autumn the cranes like to take a break on their way to the south. The apartment has all modern amenities. It is on the upper floor of the house and can be reached via a spiral staircase.

Spacious living and dining room with open kitchen and cozy furniture. Large southwest terrace overlooking the pond. In the fall and winter months, the fireplace conjures up a homely atmosphere. You have a separate entrance and garden We are located in a single-family housing estate in the outskirts of the small town of Barth. Shopping is a 5-minute walk away. Gastronomy is abundant. You can reach the sea in 45 minutes by bike and in 15 minutes by car. Travel time Ferry from the port of Barth to Zingst about 45 minutes.

Just a few steps across the courtyard lead to the dike with the inland waterway behind it, the Bodden. Here we offer the use of our small harbor for sailors and anglers.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. You can enjoy the fantastic landscape and the water on the Baltic Sea/Bodstetter Bodden. Direct beach location and view of the water. Upscale and modern amenities in a unique holiday complex. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, in the first row and direct view of the water. The two apartments from my advertisement are next to each other with their own equipment and views.
