With us you will find a very nice, individual apartment with a small garden and a wooden terrace to enjoy the sun, the day and the evening. You have a separate entrance and your own garden. We are located in a single-family housing estate in the outskirts of the small town of Barth. Shopping is a 5-minute walk away. Gastronomy is abundant. You can reach the sea in 45 minutes by bike and in 15 minutes by car. Travel time Ferry from the port of Barth to Zingst about 45 minutes.

You will stay in a beautiful, country-style captain's house in Wieck/Darß. Under a thatched roof, the apartment with an area of approximately 65 square meters offers two bedrooms with double bed or double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as an open living area with kitchen and dining area. The kitchen contains a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. In the living area there is satellite TV. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

The location of the house is convincing with its fantastic view of Bodden and the adjacent small harbor. But the generous amenities with fireplace and sauna are also impressive. ReetTraum - Wellness Suite with Terrace

Our modern apartments in the "ReetTraum", completely newly renovated in 2021, are located in a very central location in the Baltic Sea resort of Prerow. The apartment extends with a spacious offer of about 67 m² and space for up to three people. It is located next to the 2 cozy bedrooms the living area incl. Fireplace "electric" as well as a kitchenette, the steam shower completes it in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

-Winter break from December 22nd to April 5th 26- The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with modern charm for 2 people located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. I acquired the manor house in Kobrow in 2011 with the aim of reviving and preserving a small piece of our country's cultural heritage. There are now 3 more apartments in the house for guests. The Schiefe Kate is a completely new and lovingly restored small vacation home, which will be rented for the first time starting in summer 2020. The house is centrally located on a street in Wieck and is the ideal starting point for many beautiful tours. A car parking space is located next to the small property, which includes two terraces.
