Condo vacation rentals in Daratsos

The views from this place are beyond breathtaking, especially at sunset! This is an area that is just walking distance from the touristy spot and is very peaceful. My bf was worried about smell and sound being above a restaurant, but there were zero issues. It’s practically sound proof. We sat on the balcony multiple times a day to people watch and listen to the beautiful street performers. We must have missed it in the listing, but please note that this is a home someone lives in. So you don’t have as much storage as you would in an Airbnb dedicated to guests only. We had one closet, two drawers, and could store suitcases under the bed. Not much storage or counter space for our things, but the host did say we could use anything in the house which was nice for cooking our own meals. Highly recommend the brunch and coffee at the Sandbar! Would definitely recommend this spot, especially for couples. The bed is a thick memory foam mattress and was very cozy & comfortable. We slept great!

Do not hesitate to book this location for your stay in Chania. It is perfectly walkable and the parking spot for the car was so convenient! The host is very responsive and friendly. Everything was very clean. There is a supermarket close by for all grocery needs. We would definitely stay here again!

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Anastasia & John. L'appartement, spacieux et joliment décoré, est bien situé pour se balader dans la région de Chania. L'emplacement est central, on peut facilement se rendre à pied sur le front de mer, tout en étant au calme. Nous avons spécialement apprécié la grande terrasse verdoyante et la literie très confortable. Enfin, le contact avec Anastasia et John a été très facile, ils nous ont gentiment accueillis malgré notre heure d'arrivée tardive, et avec un petit plateau d'accueil et des conseils de restos. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Wohnung von Lito. Die Wohnung ist geräumig & bietet viel Platz. Mein persönliches Highlight ist der Ausblick von der Terasse im 2. oder 3. Stockwerk bei Sonnenuntergang auf die Berge! Der Balkon im 1. Stockwerk lädt zum Frühstücken ein. Lito ist immer sehr gut erreichbar gewesen & hat gute Empfehlungen für die Region gegeben. Für das Mietauto gab es immer eine Parkmöglichkeit an der Straße in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Lage insgesamt ist optimal, wenn man ein Mietauto hat. Man ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten im Zentrum. Wir können die Wohnung definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement. L'accueil était parfait le logement correspond exactement aux photos. Le plus est la douche extérieure : très agréable par 35 degré. Si nous revenons à la Canée, nous réserverons ce logement

The place is a short walk to the beach and the old town and looks exactly the pictures. Giannis's wife was so helpful and proactive throughout the stay but never intrusive. Perfect accommodation to explore Chania

The flat was perfect, especially if you have a rental car. It was a great base to explore Crete, enjoy the proximity from Chania, and come back home by the end of the day. It's very spacious and has a home feeling, very well equipped, extra clean. We were even able to cook some nice food in the oven. Definitely worth a stay, keep in mind it is not in the city center though.

La ubicación es fantástica, a 50 metros de la playa, con servicios y restauración cerca y a 15 minutos andando del centro. El apartamento está muy bien, las camas son comodísimas y la terraza es la mejor que hemos disfrutado. Lo único, la placa de la cocina tiene muy poca potencia y el sistema de agua caliente no es el mejor (pero es el que tienen todos los edificios en Chania)

Se amate una vacanza fuori dai sentieri conosciuti, lontano dalla folla delle località turistiche... questo è il vostro posto. La casa si trova in un piccolo villaggio attaccato alla roccia con una vista mozzafiato sulla gola di Rokka. La terrazza che dividerete con altri ospiti, è perfetta per godersi la colazione o l'aperitivo. Da sapere che ci sono dei gatti che vengono alla ricerca di cibo... per eventuali allergici.. Marianna ci ha fatto trovare del cibo per la prima sera ed è sempre stata reattiva per risolvere qualsiasi quesito o problema. Rokka è il posto ideale per esplorare le spiagge del nord ovest dell'isola e Chania. Per le spiaggie a sud ovest ci vuole almeno un'ora di macchina. Portiamo via con noi dei ricordi bellissimi Grazie

We had a lovely but short stay at Valia’s very spacious apartment for our family of 5. The wrap around balcony was a treat and the rooms stayed cold and dark to allow us to sleep off our jet lag. Nice and close to old town Chania and lots of spots nearby for coffee/wine and pastry!

We had amazing few days staying here. The apartment is beautiful and clean, in a great location, out of the way enough from the busy centre but just a short few minute walk to Chania town centre and the beach. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Appartement bien situé dans un quartier paisible. Old Town en 15 minutes à pied et Nea Chora en 25 minutes. Bien équipé globalement avec une place de parking. Très bonne literie. Je n'ai pas vu mes hôtes mais réactif par messagerie Airbnb.

Excelente estadia, com check-in flexível a qualquer e estacionamento. É necessário carro, fica a 10minutos do centro de chania. Piscina impecável, espaço exterior muito bem aproveitado. Interior não é muito grande, mas excelente com todas as comodidades necessárias, ainda com miminhos que os donos deixaram. Sem dúvida recomendo a hospedagem!

Fantastic place. Great views from the sun terrace overlooking the bay, so could sit and watch boats and cruise ships on their way to Chania. Only 5 mins walk down a gentle hill to the beach, shops & restaurants. Felt very private, although there were other apartments there, it is laid out so you are not overlooked. Everything was spotlessly clean on arrival and apartment staff were there every day keeping the pool and surrounding areas clean & tidy. Gas BBQ on the terrace was great. Good choice of restaurants along the beach, as well as a few small supermarkets in the centre. 40 mins drive from the airport and well positioned for visiting Chania (which was beautiful) and exploring the area. We had a thoroughly relaxing stay and have already recommended it to friends, and would definitely stay again. Kreta Eiendom's team were very responsive, when we had a small issue during our stay.

It is amazing wonderful place and Avtwuia is amazing host, the surroundings are outstanding, we would like to come back. Highly recommend

Die Unterkunft und generell die Anlage drumherum war sehr gepflegt und wir haben uns dort super wohlgefühlt. Der Pool und die Aussicht von hier aus war echt toll. Die Anlage liegt in den Bergen mit einem Weitblick zum Meer - echt schön 😍 Claudia und Marco waren sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar, falls wir Empfehlungen für die Gegend benötigt haben 🙂 Wir hatten insgesamt eine sehr erholsame Zeit 🥰

L’appartement était bien équipé et il était situé dans un petit village tranquille. Lors de notre arrivée, il y avait déjà des produits de base dans le réfrigérateur, ce qui était très apprécié. L’appartement était très propre et très bien équipé pour un court ou un long séjour. La piscine était très propre et nous avions quatre chaises réservées pour notre logement. Les plages de sable et de galets se trouvent à une distance raisonnable de l’appartement; il y en a plusieurs à visiter en Crète.

To były wyjątkowe wakacje. Pavlos to znakomity człowiek bardzo pomocny pod wieloma względami. Mieszkanie przerosło nasze oczekiwania. Nieskazitelna czystość domu , basenu i ogrodu. Powierzchnia apartamentu robi wrażenie oraz wyposażenie mieszkania. Można wiele powiedzieć w samych superlatywach. Nasze córki były zachwycone i my również. Na pewno tam wrócimy. Idealne miejsce żeby zwiedzić zachodnią część wyspy. Spokój i cisza. Dużym atutem jest prywatny parking. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Kochamy to miejsce. Dziękujemy Pavlos to były niezapomniane wakacje !!!!

We spent almost 2 months at the Menelaos and everything was good. The apartment is in a peaceful neighborhood, not far from the center ( ~ 15 minute walking). The place is simple, but it has everything you might need for a longer stay. The outdoor space is very nice, we enjoyed mostly the barbeque as we stayed during the winter, but the pool is definitely worth it during summer time. We both work remotely and never had issues with the internet. For us the place was perfect as you have everything you need at walking distance (gym, weekly farmers market, coffee shops and restaurants, veterinarian etc). Menelaos was available all the time for any question/issue that we had. Definitely recommend the place for longer or shorter stays.
