The place was very spacious and clean. Very comfortable and had what we needed for a weekend in town.

This is the only spot you need to look at in Fairhope. The best location bar none. Amazing balcony to experience everything Fairhope has to offer. What a lovely spot! We’ll be back.

The Cozy Comfort Condo in Foley was the Best! My friend and I appreciated the clean lines of the furniture and the furnishings and found all as the name said, cozy and comfortable. The condo was well equipped with everything one would expect and even more. The kitchen was complete and there was hidden surprises of useful oil, spices,sugar, food wrap, etc left by others. We, ourselves contributed over bought purchases of canned soup, peanut butter, coffee, creamers, whipped cream cheese, peanut butter and even fresh fruit hoping the next newcomer would appreciate it. Our porch area was a favorite and after breakfast we luxuriated with our hot coffee. Contributing were the sights and sounds of the singing birds and the dancing leaves of the green River Birch. Our stay was TOPS!

This is a fantastic place to stay in the heart of downtown Mobile. I would recommend this place to anyone and would stay here again. Crystal was a great host and was very responsive!

The space was slightly different than what I imagined with the pictures. Not a huge space, but private and did what we needed it to! The back patio and pool area were both very peaceful

This place is really great! It was clean and a great location. Very accommodating (early check-in, provided coffee, snacks, pity of basic supplies) and overall very highly recommend!

The house is super cute and cozy. The pier is a little unstable and definitely not safe if you have small children (we didn’t, but just FYI). We caught a few gafftop and a black tip shark from the pier. It was a nice, quiet little getaway.

Ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn ich Hilfe brauchte waren Michael & Kelly sofort zur Stelle, sie waren beide sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn ich wieder nach Mobile reise, werde ich, falls verfügbar, das Haus sehr gerne wieder mieten.

My favorite part of the home was the big windows in the living room that looked into the wooded area! The master bed was very comfortable! I loved the layout of the home! Faith was very accommodating regarding my allergies, she was also very good at communication and very polite!

Peaceful cul-da-sac. I took the dog for a 2-mile walk every morning, good sidewalks & I felt safe the whole time.

What an amazing house. Quiet neighborhood, nice location. We come for a graduation. This place was right in the middle of where we needed to be. Stores are 5-10 mins away. Beach is about 20-30 mins. Lots to do. Kevin was fast to respond if we needed to talk to him. Deck needs some help. Maybe update it. Some pieces were broken or about to break if you walked on them. We had to put markers on spots & move the table to feel a little safer with spots. If you want to BBQ, make sure you go fill the tank. It was empty Only thing we would have liked is more back yard activities. Big beautiful backyard & nothing to do. Maybe they will think about adding a fire pit & patio, pool/hot-tub & outdoor games. (Big TikTacToe, Chess) The rock walkway, a little dangerous. I almost fell & so did my parents. Not to safe. We took garbage out on garbage day. Washed n dried all towels & bedding, dishes cleaned n put away. Garbage to the cans. We highly recommend this house. It’s nice for a big family

We enjoyed staying in this well appointed, clean and convenient location! Recommend this spot to anyone wanting to spend time dining, shopping and enjoying Fairhope. We stayed for a 7 days and received a weekly booking discount which added to the value of this great home. Hosts were very responsive, however there was nothing we needed as everything was in place.

The pictures don’t do this place any justice. It was very beautiful. Instructions on entry were very clear and simple. Anastasia is very sweet and attentive when it comes to your stay and needs.

Absolutely a wonderful stay. It was great to unlock the door, and have a nice clean smell and place that matched. We enjoyed our stay , the bed is comfy, the thought of outlets and chargers. Had eveything we needed. Perfect. Looking forward to returning. Thanks again

The kitchen was fully stocked, which made meal prep a breeze, and the living area was cozy and perfect for movie nights with the kids. We especially loved the outdoor space—it was safe and spacious, great for adults to enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet, and the small touches like board games, extra blankets, and local recommendations really made a difference. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, which made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay—it was the perfect base for exploring the area and spending quality time together as a family. Definitely recommend!!!

My husband and I enjoyed a weekend getaway at Kevin's place. The accommodations were very nice and efficient. We love the grounds at Plantation Shores and enjoyed the choices of pools to choose from. The beach was never too crowded and we love the family friendly environment found in the Fort Morgan area. We would recommend #1167 to anyone and would be happy to return for another getaway as soon as possible!
