Foremost the view was awesome! The view from the balcony and 2 other room was amazing. U can chilled at the balcony, enjoying the windy breeze at night and great sun in the morning. The other 1 room, theres sea view! The house is very spacious. For large family is very much recommended. There were extra sgl mattress too apart from queens bed. I can say its fit well 12 adults. Cleaniness yes. Quite well maintained on every parts of the house. Easy self check in process. Parking was easy to locate. Security was good, the guards was friendly too. Hassle free. Host was easy, friendly too, replied to my ws fast. It was indeed a great stay with a superb view and easy accesible location. Going out to places like pasar karat, b5 st market, damansara, amart kempas was nearby. 10-20mins drive. Theres a Belletime mall,lots of shops and eatery nearby. Super convenient Overall 👍👍👍. My parents was very happy during the stay. For my personal suggestion perhaps check in priority for elderly or little kids who are impatient. Managed to get the keys almost 4pm which my sick father was very tired and endure the process. If I come with friends again I will happy look with Neos back, Thanks for your hospitality.

Our 2nd stay here! And definitely the best accommodation and everything is nearby. The only thing is there wasn’t any chairs/table at the balcony. Would definitely recommend to others. Thank you for hosting us again.

Love the interior decor at a cosy space. A big screen was our favourite , but it could have been better with Netflix. Thanks to Melvis who is very responsive & fast to reply all of my queries. Overall, it’s a great place to spend time with your loved ones.

Great 2-night stay at this gem. The place has a welcoming atmosphere with a clean, stylish setup. Relaxed and at ease through both 2 nighs here. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the sofa made a great spot to unwind. A great place for a getaway from bustling city. Place is peace and quite for relaxing ,nice seaside view, good for fishing hobby as there is private jetty with lights at night. Accomodation is nice and clean with all basic kitchen utensil. Host is friendly and responsive,fast reply and helpful. Looking fwd for future return trip again. Would recomend this place.

Clean and well maintained, very near Legoland and Medini mall, 7-11 and 24hrs shop at downstairs. Ching is very responsible and easy check in/out. Many times staying this house when visiting Legoland.

Jen was very helpful and responsive during my home stay period. Great place to stay in for vacation and security was tight and private. Everything was good and went well.

nice place! rare to find a place with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! apartment was clean. lost of 24h restaurants and mini mart downstairs. Just that carpark entry and exit abit hard to find. direction not very clear. we always got lost in the carpark finding the exit. but I love that the carpark lot allocated is near the lift! nice scenary too! Will definitely stay again!

My second booking for this place.. Improvement has been made to the house.. Kudos and appreciate it as a guest to the team. Instruction given are clear. Walking distance to food places. Parking direction is like a jungle but as second booking guest, pretty straight forward and easy.

The house looks exactly like the pictures. It’s absolutely beautiful and very clean. Highly recommended!

The place was great and as described. Good food options nearby and shopping with mall nearby. Nice view of the waterfront and walkable distance to the waterfront. Host was very responsive with clear instructions as well. Do check in advance about pool access as sadly the pool was closed for maintenance when we stayed and we didn't know about it. Kids were very disappointed.

Had a great stay, fulfil ours needs.
