Unique Kas home with idyllic garden and sea views

This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Liebe Gäste, Euer zukünftiges Feriendomizil ist fußläufig 10- 15 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Die zweistöckige Villa ist eine von zwei Doppelhaushälften, mit einem Balkon und einer riesigen Terrasse im ersten Stock, sowie einer Terrasse im Erdgeschoss. Es sind ein großes Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder vorhanden. Ein brandneuer Pool wurde dieses Jahr gebaut und steht Euch jetzt zur Verfügung. Über 40 Quadratmeter für Euch.

Merkezi bir noktada, bağımsız olarak da kullanılan 2 dairenin birleşimi. Sokağa araba ile girilmiyor. 80 basamaklı bir merdiven ile çıkılıyor eve. Yürüme güçlüğü çekenler için uygun degil. Şömineler dekorasyon amaçlı olup, kullanıma uygun değildir.
