Felipe's apartment is much larger than what is shown in the photos, very comfortable, modern, very nice, quiet and very conveniently located, a few blocks from the Peñón park, where there are a lot of places with excellent food. At night the area is very quiet, not very busy and suitable for rest. Highly recommended for long and short stays. Felipe is very kind, a super host! 100% recommended

Sandra is very kind and the place was amazing, we enjoyed it a lot, it's close to everything and for some I don't know how relevant it is, but Rappi arrives very easily at this location, everything is very clean, always willing to respond, we arrived easily, everything was well equipped, and the decoration is very nice, if you are passing through Cali, I definitely recommend it

The apartment is beautifully decorated and well-equipped. The view of the city is gorgeous. It's a very safe location. The building also offers beautiful and well-equipped common areas such as the pool and gym. Highly recommended!

Stella is an excellent host who was always attentive to everything. Highly recommended. The cleaning girls were also very professional and helpful. My mom and I had a wonderful stay.

10/10 in every aspect. Security always helpful. Apartment was very quiet. Walls are very thick. You can’t hear anything at all from the outside once the doors are shut. Great neighborhood. Best hosts I’ve ever worked with in any airbnb EVER. Defiantly coming back to another one of their properties later this year.

We visited the place with a large family group to share and spend time with the family on special dates. We must say that both the site and the accompaniment of the hosts exceeded all our expectations. Mrs. Margarita and her collaborators are extremely helpful, warm and always willing to give the best to make the people who visit them feel very good. They can even take their food services and they will also be surprised. The place and spaces are great for sharing and a peaceful experience. We are infinitely grateful for giving us the opportunity to get to know the place and have a great family experience. We'll definitely be back many more times! Thanks again, blessings!

Everything was spectacular, from Daniela's service, then arriving at the house, a house with an incredible view, spaces for the whole family. The house is super clean, the beds are very comfortable and with the necessary equipment for a quiet and comfortable stay. I'd be back.

Sergio has a great efficient space in a beautiful building overlooking Cali. Sergio was always responsive to my inquiries and handling any issues that came up. The air conditioner had a small problem and Sergio was very responsive. Great host and apartment. Will gladly reserve again in the future. Kevin

Oscar's place was amazing and perfect for a comfortable and quiet stay, his place is modern and nice.

María's apartamento was perfect! it was exactly what I was looking for, big apartment, modern and new, and best of all the balcony and it's view. The apartment had everything you needed... in the kitchen, especially the appliances. The decor and design was gorgeous and the TVs worked perfectly. I give the whole experience a 10 out of 10... the only thing we missed out on was the rooftop pool and that was because of the weather.... there's a nice gym and also laundry room in the lobby. I would definitely come back here and also recommend to my friends.

An amazing, beautiful, comfortable accommodation, with an excellent location, the people we had contact with were very friendly and were always willing to help, 100% recommended!!

We booked with Carla and from the moment we arrived until check-out, she was very attentive and communicative, which is incredibly important when traveling. The property is nice and feels very secure, although please note that it is a studio-sized space. We did encounter an issue with the washer that unfortunately ruined my wife's $60 shorts, which were brand new. Carla promptly contacted the building manager to address the situation. However, we did not receive any reimbursement or compensation for the damaged shorts, so I would advise caution when using the washing machine on the property. Overall, the place is very private and secure, making it a comfortable stay despite the minor inconveniences.

Clean and attentive

I absolutely loved it from top to bottom had no problems with the place at all great location I felt safe and secure and I was very accommodated the place was so clean and nice and the WiFi was super fast even came with a cleaning lady that folded all my clothes and cleaned the whole apartment for 100,000 !! I would absolutely love to come back to this exact place and 100%
