Our stay at Ruby Home was perfect! The host was responsive and staff is on-site to assist with any problems that may arise. The area is home to lots of great food and cafes. Despite the hustle and bustle of the main street, the airbnb is very quiet. You can even use the balcony to look out over the city. :)

My stay at Trang’s place was great. It was super spacious, with a full closet, bathroom with laundry, a kitchen space (first time cooking on this trip which was exciting!), and a really comfy bed. The bathroom didn’t have toilet paper, soap, or shampoo when I arrived, but when I asked about laundry detergent, Trang delivered it really quickly which I appreciated. The kitchen was missing a few basic things like plates, but it did have a good variety of pots and pans and unlimited drinking water. In terms of the area, it’s located down a very local alley in a nice part of the city. I liked the neighborhood a lot, but just a heads up, the Airbnb is directly beside a school, so in the mornings it can get loud with the school kids. That said, the evenings were peaceful and quiet, which was more important to me anyway. Lastly, as a remote worker, having solid Wi-Fi and a proper desk setup was key. The desk was great and the Wi-Fi was even better. Overall, I had a great experience!

This place located in the best location in the city: restaurants, attractions, and quiet street. The facilities are the best. The whirlpool bath tub is just like any top hotels in Saigon.

Stayed there in the month of June of 2025 The place is very safe. Security is always around . I stayed at the studio apartment for 10 days and loved every day there. There's a key fob for the elevator and a key for your room. Also security cameras are in the hall way and the pool is nice. The AC system is awesome you'll definetly stay cool inside. The place is close to plenty of places to get food fast and also it's close to tourist spots Im actually considering going back again in a few months. I rate the place a 5 star place I have not one complaint about this place. Also taxi cab drivers get to this area fast. If your coming from America etc remember to download the Grab app to order a driver etc by app. You'll save alot of money on cab fare. It's used by millions here. Also check out the resturant connected to the building . The food and tea is great there 👍. This area is safe for taking walks . Owners allowed me to get an early check in also Robert R. Amazing stay! This was my second time staying at Victor's apartment, and once again, it was a great experience. The location is perfect, the apartment is very nice and cozy, and the bed is super comfortable—it truly feels like a home away from home. Victor is a fantastic host: very friendly and responsive, always quick to answer any questions. 100% recommend!

The apartment worth its money but you need to take relatively lengthy trips to any main attraction or for a decent meal. The street the hotel sits on is quite busy but it is very quite from 10pm to 6am.

The place is roomy and very well-located in one of the most vibrant areas of the city. Van is very responsive. I enjoyed our stay.

I had a short but pleasant stay here which is conveniently located nearby the airport for my domestic trip in VN. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a hospitable and friendly host who helped me check in with ease. The room and services available was as described in the listing and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful place not too far from the airport and city.

Great little room above a coffee shop. 15 minute taxi journey away from downtown town and 10 min walk to the crazy “Walking Street”. Recommend.

Staying at 24Saigon felt like a home away from home. The chic interior design gave it a stylish yet cozy vibe, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day. It’s tucked away in a small street, but that just adds to the charm—there’s so much to do right outside! From cute cafés and relaxing spas to street food stalls and even a Michelin-star restaurant, you’re spoiled for choice. Despite being in such a lively area, the apartment itself was super quiet and comfortable. The host was amazing—super responsive and always happy to help with recommendations or any questions I had. Everything about the space felt thoughtfully put together, from the decor to the little details that made the stay extra special. Whether you're visiting for a short trip or a longer stay, this place has everything you need. Honestly, I’d book it again in a heartbeat :)

I've been to Thao's places multiples times and this time was as great as before. Thao and her family are the best hosts ever. The apartment is spacious, cozy, super clean, has a great kitchen and comfy bed, nice shower and the neighborhood is super quiet (during the night and also during the day), but close to many restaurants, bars and shops. Perfect place to stay in Thao Dien. I hope I can stay again here in the future. Totally recommended.

Highly recommend for those who love a big toilet and a nice view

If you're looking for a place to stay by the river but also very central and close to lots of local places to eat and enjoy life like a local this is your best fit. Great roastery Cafe outside your entrance, amazing restaurant 1 min away ( Beenthere ) great cleaning lady every other day, amazing service team that takes care of everyone like it's their family Thank you and will stay again with you next time I'm in Ho Chi Minh

Loved this place! The building has everything you need—multiple coffee shops, Citigym, ATMs, and several convenience stores—all close to District 1 without the intense bustle. Tons of great restaurants nearby too. The host was incredibly responsive and very helpful with recommendations for restaurants, bars, and arranging airport transportation. The only suggestion I’d make is to perhaps add a few more kitchen items, like a coffee maker, blender, and some extra utensils. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants easy access to the best spots in Saigon. You can comfortably walk everywhere—just be mindful of the scooters, as they can be intense!

Good place with a spectacular view of the soccer field. We had a local soccer game during our stay, it was so entertaining.

Nous avons séjourné 11 jours dans ce logement, idéalement situé. Vous trouverez plusieurs commerces dans la rue ainsi qu’un service de blanchisserie. La chambre est spacieuse et propre, le ménage est fait tous les 3 jours. Il y a beaucoup de fourmis, comme mentionné dans les commentaires. Le balcon est un réel plus ! Deux chats sont présents dans l’immeuble ; ils sont très mignons, mais si vous êtes allergique, cela peut poser problème. Je remercie notre hôte Hâu pour sa bienveillance ainsi que pour ses recommandations. N’hésitez pas à vous adresser à lui : il saura vous aiguiller et vous donner de bonnes adresses.

I stayed at LIM Concepts in Saigon, Vietnam, for the last 5 months, and it was wonderful. The studio is clean, cozy, and feels like home. The location is beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood with plenty to do. A highlight is the great restaurant connected to the complex. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. definitely a great host and listing. one of the best locations in D1. there is a day time guard and lobby where a host sits to help tenants if needed. there is a japanese restaurant next to the 711 and also a circle k. victoria gym about 400m and coop mart across from it. if you like to walk alot of places are walkable even the tourist spots. every time i visit vietnam i will definitely be staying at the dots house.
