I cannot put into words how enjoyable my week long stay here was. I didn’t want to stay at a hotel. I wanted something more like home, and this place delivered! The cabin was right beside a cute lake in a beautiful neighborhood. The host was friendly and accommodating. The cabin was nice and spacious and had everything I needed. I will be booking here again if I get the chance.

I stayed here during the week for a little solo staycation— I live about an hour away but this place gave me hopes of one day being right on the river! It was the perfect peaceful reset, but also has everything you could ask for if you were having a little gathering. I will be on the lookout for open weekends to bring my family back to enjoy for sure! Location is perfect right on the river but within a super short walking distance to town for shopping/food! I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

From the moment we booked, our stay at John's place was a dream! John's was incredibly responsive and helpful with all of our pre-arrival questions. The cabin was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. The location was perfect, secluded, peaceful, and the views were stunning. We loved the early check-in, the well-stocked kitchen, the comfy bed, beautiful decor, plenty of space, easy to follow instructions and stunning backyard river view. We can't wait to return!
