Simple house, but tidy within the possibilities and with good cost-benefit! I think it was under renovation because the outlets were in the wires, I think they'll put them in later! But I liked it there! Success!

Great place!

We had a wonderful experience at the cottage, exactly the vibe we expected! The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature and very well cared for — we even saw the fence being varnished when we arrived. Leen welcomed us with great sympathy, gave us great information about the space and important tips to enjoy the natural environment safely and comfortably. The cottage itself is charming, well planned, with a well-equipped kitchen (we even learned to use the induction stove with it!). The view from the deck was a spectacle in itself, with ideal chairs for relaxing with friends. We had a small problem with the water, but Leen was super fast and attentive: she responded to my message early and, when I realized, she was already on site checking the situation and calling for the repair. It was a welcoming and respectful stay — we felt included and welcome as an LGBT couple. We already miss it!

We love the space, it's exactly like the photos, we feel at home. Cozy and comfortable space, extremely clean and very complete with various kitchen utensils and basic cooking items if desired, extremely new and comfortable furniture. Large garage, can fit up to two cars. The house It is about 3 to 5 km from the airport and the mall, an excellent location. Simone and her mother are very friendly and proactive, we really enjoyed our stay and we intend to return soon.

Delicious house! We went for work, with the whole team, 10 people and we were very comfortable. The house is super spacious, with bedrooms, living rooms and a large kitchen, and everything is extremely clean and organized. Mrs. Lourdes is a sweetheart. We'll be back for sure!

Great location, in front of one of the main avenues of Cuiabá. Espaço clean and with quiet checkin. A little tricky parking spot to find. No more, a great place to stay. Next to everything! I recommend it.

Excellent accommodation! The place is very well located, which made it much easier to get around during the stay. The environment was clean, organized and exactly as shown in the photos, conveying comfort and safety. In addition, access was easy and hassle-free. Rogério and the team are fantastic, the hospitality and affection were incredible. I went with my wife, 2-year-old daughter and mother for a health treatment in Cuiabá. The apartment was spotless, everything was organized and we were very well attended, corresponding exactly to the listing. We felt at home. The location is good and easy to access. The neighborhood seemed safe to me and the building is surrounded by other condominiums. For those who have children, the condominium offers a very nice structure, with a nice playground, toy library and swimming pool, in addition to the gym (modest, but functional) and grocery store. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and close to the circulation area, but residents usually respect the quiet hours. Naturally, in a long stay, small situations and needs arise, but the hosts were always quick, helpful and had a lot of empathy in providing solutions. Overall we had a great experience, we would definitely come back.

My estagia was very good, a good place to rest and enjoy a swimming pool peacefully without having to leave the condo! And communication was very quick, I just loved it.

Cozy apartment. Just a caveat for those who have limitations with a bed mattress that is not firm, if this is a limiting factor, be aware that you will find a mattress that may cause discomfort. Otherwise, you'll find an apartment as described. Good flexibility regarding check-in, this makes the trip much easier.
