Cosy studio apartment attached to a farm building on a sheep and beef farm. Outstanding panoramic views of Fiordland and nearby Upukerora River. Suitable for two guests. Fully equipped kitchen plus bbq area for cooking a meal to enjoy with the view! Basic cooking and some breakfast supplies provided (no bread). Ensuite bathroom (shower, no bath). Heated floor tiles, carpet and a wood fire (not Jan/Feb) keep things cosy on cool days. You will need a car; it is a 15 min drive into nearby Te Anau.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends (pets). We are 2 hours south from Queesnstown, 1,5 hours from Te Anau and 1,5 hours from the Catlins...and 1 hour from the sea...(Invercargill). 35 minutes from Tapanui, where you can do also amazing walkes.... Continental breakfast is included.
