Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Crocetta, Torino

Un séjour au top, chez un hôte au grand cœur et au grand sens de l’accueil ! Dès la première prise de contact, il s'est montré très réactif et a su repondre à nos nombreuses questions ( conseils en prime !) L’appartement, quant à lui, était un vrai coup de cœur : beau comme tout, parfaitement équipé, et si confortable qu’on s’y sentait comme à la maison…voir même mieux ! L’accès est assez simple (transports en communs à proximité) de quoi aller en ville rapidement. Tout est bien pensé, et le gros plus : beaucoup de comprehension et une flexibilité horaire qui a fait toute la différence. L'arrivée et le départ, ont été aussi fluides qu’un café du matin, sans trop de stress ni précipitation. En résumé, une expérience sans fausse note, que je recommande chaudement et que je serais ravie de revivre sans hésiter. Un vrai coup de cœurbnb ! Un grand merci à Giovani et son fils. 😊

Michael's spot gets a 6 out of 5 stars for value and location. A mere couple blocks from the train station, it is completely renovated and beyond what you would get at a new hotel. We had a great time with this spot as our home base. The additional option of a parking spot at the train station was an extra bonus. Thank you, Michael!

Daniele and his partner Rebecca are absolutely, wonderfully lovely people. They were responsive, accommodating, helpful and super friendly. They were always available when we needed something. Walking us through appliance and heating/AC tutorials. We couldn’t have done much better with any other host (and we have stayed in Florence, Venice, Milan, Alberobello, Amalfi, Palermo, Agrigento and many other beautiful Italian cities). This has little to do with the beautiful apartment, but their vegetarian restaurant, run by Daniele’s equally lovely parents was a delightful culinary surprise. If there is an occasion to return to Torino, their’s is the first place we would consider to stay.

This is a very central location; walking distance to everything. On our host’s advice, we tried the gelato one block away. It is simply the best!

Really great experience. Centrally located, with a lobby that opens out onto the Piazza della Republicca markets. Great surprise to wake up to. There was a washing machine and dryer, good shower, comfortable bed, and the whole place was spotless when I arrived. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you have mobility issues or several large bags - there is an elevator that will take you to the fourth floor, but the apartment is on the 5th so you have to use the stairs. The elevator also never worked when I needed to get downstairs so I had to use the stairs. Never an issue going up however, which is the main thing. All in all, excellent value for money as long as you don’t have mobility issues.

This apartment was exactly as described with great views and quiet in a bustling neighborhood. A short walk from Porta Nova and the neighborhood is full of bars, restaurants, and cafes open late. Apartment has all you’ll need for a great stay including lots of brochures of local attractions. The host is kind and responsive, I hope to stay again sometime.

Francesco and Isabela are great hosts. On several occasions we messaged them for help and Francesco replied very quickly, always making sure we had what we needed.The apartment is beautiful and can be easily accessed by train from Torino Porta Susa. You can get to the center of Turin by walking in 30 minutes. The decor is modern and has an appreciation for design. Place is clean and smells wonderful. The lighting is wonderful with balconies on both sides of the apartment. The windows all have light-blocking shutters that block out light very well. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances and tools we needed to cook with. The only thing we would critique was something outside of our hosts' ability to change. It was rather noisy during our stay. The walls don't block sound well and we could hear people coughing, dogs barking, car alarms in the middle of the night and construction. We're used to living in cities and that is just part of it, but it's worth mentioning for others.

Небольшая и уютная студия, очень приятно поужинать на улице. В квартире есть все, что необходимо для проживания. Жаль, что был всего один бокал под вино, но из обычных бокалов пить тоже было удобно. Хозяин обещал привезти капсулы и туалетную бумагу, но справились и без его помощи. На улице мигает лампочка ночью, но при закрытых шторах не сильно ощущается, мне не мешало. Изначально было ощущение, что кровать была /\ такая, потом подправил конструкцию. Берите с собой резиновые тапочки. В квартире много полотенец, тряпочек и всего остального... Жилье удобное, рекомендую

Mario en Elda zijn erg gastvrij, zaten we lekker te wijnen dan kwam er altijd weer wat lekkers aan. Zelf gebakken, creatief gesneden fruit of een lekker fris drankje. We verbleven er een week en kregen om de twee dagen een schoon bed en schone handdoeken. Ze hadden voor ons zelfs een elektrische bbq aangeschaft. Mario verzorgde het net nieuwe zwembad en Elda alle bloemen rondom het hele verblijf. Echt keurig 🇮🇹🌟 Ohh ja heerlijk restaurant is “del Allegria” (10 minuten lopen) echt typische Italiaans van de streek Piemonte. We hebben ook bij “del Castelllo” heerlijk gegeten.

nous avons passé quelques jours sur Turin dans le logement d'Alberto. nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre séjour dans ce logement si calme, en retrait de la rue. le logement est très spacieux, très propre et parfaitement entretenu, disposant de nombreux équipements appréciables (lave vaisselle, lave linge, etc). le tram est accessible à 2 pas, le métro à 5 ou 7 min à peine, c'est idéal pour rejoindre le centre ville ! Alberto est particulièrement accueillant et amical et ça a été un plaisir de faire sa connaissance. il nous a par ailleurs beaucoup aidé en termes de conseils pour les visites ! à conseiller sans réserve !

Appartamento pulito, ordinato e silenzioso.Abbiamo trovato il necessario per una ricca colazione, prodotti per la pulizia della casa e per l'igiene personale.Nei pressi dell'abitazione negozi locali e supermercati. Alice disponibile e chiara nelle informazioni.Consigliato!

logement confortable,bien équipé,très propre dans un quartier très calme mais avec accès rapide sur Turin et autoroute. parfait pour un séjour pour découvrir Turin et ses environs

Appartamento di recentissima ristrutturazione, in posizione tranquilla, in pieno centro città con comodi servizi sotto casa (rosticceria, pasticceria e ristoranti). Corrisponde alle foto e alle descrizioni presentate. Sicuramente da ritornarci per un prossimo giro a Torino. Magari anche in treno visto la vicinanza della stazione di porta Nuova.

Fabiana nous a accueilli chez elle malgré notre demande de dernière minute. Le logement est très spacieux, parfait pour les enfants et animaux de compagnie car le jardin est fermé. La literie est très confortable et le réveil avec le chant des oiseaux est un vrai bonheur. Mention spéciale pour Erika qui a été adorable et très disponible durant notre séjour. Je recommande vivement !

We can not say enough good things about our stay! From the helpful communication and reccomendations, to the spotless amenities, and the personal touches and accomodations... this space was everything we needed and more. The hosts are lovely and treated us so kindly. The Metro to the city center was less than a minute away, yet the street felt quiet , safe, and private. The beautiful kitchen and bathroom were bonuses that made our stay even more luxurious, and we enjoyed sitting in the outdoor deck space. Do not hesitate to book!

Dario un host gentile, cordiale e che ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Sono stata contattata qualche giorno prima per indicazioni su come raggiungere lo stabilimento. Il giorno dell’arrivo ci ha atteso, mostrato le cose da sapere all’intero dell’appartamento e indicato alcuni ristoranti lì vicino e cosa visitare, è stato molto molto utile. Appartamento pulito e impeccabile. Se dovessi tornare a Torino sicuramente alloggerei nuovamente qui!

Siamo molto soddisfatti di come sia andato il soggiorno presso l'appartamento di Marco. Sin dal momento della prenotazione è stato disponile e cordiale. Poco prima del nostro arrivo ci ha inviato indicazioni molto chiare per effettuare il check-in. Abbiamo trovato un appartamento pulito, funzionale, adatto ad una famiglia di 4 persone. Cucina pulita e fornita di stoviglie e di condimenti base (olio, sale, aceto), detersivo e spugna per i piatti, detersivo per lavastoviglie. Camere da letto pulite con materassi e cuscini comodissimi. Bagno molto pulito con set di cortesia e asciugamani per tutti. La posizione per visitare la città a piedi è eccezionale: vicina a musei, ristoranti e mezzi di trasporto. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo avuto la necessità di contattare Marco e lui è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Se dovessi consigliare un alloggio a Torino, indicherei sicuramente l'alloggio di Marco.

Soggiorno eccellente! Lorenzo è un host estremamente ospitale e disponibile, pronto a dare consigli utili e a garantire il massimo comfort durante il soggiorno. L’appartamento è situato in una posizione strategica, a pochi passi dal centro di Torino, perfetto per visitare la città comodamente a piedi. La casa è moderna, accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort: cucina attrezzata, bagno impeccabile e Wi-Fi veloce. Tutto era perfettamente pulito all’arrivo, con biancheria fresca, asciugamani, phon con tanto di diffusore. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chiunque voglia trascorrere qualche giorno a Torino in un ambiente curato e rilassante. Grazie ancora Lorenzo, torneremo sicuramente!

Renata è un host gentile, amichevole e amorosa. Si vede che ama la sua struttura e cerca di rendere piacevole ogni soggiorno. Ci siamo sentiti da subito a casa. L’appartamentino è curato nei minimi dettagli, in zona ci sono vari locali dove mangiare o fare colazione. Il parcheggio intorno alla struttura è a pagamento ma vicino c’è la fermata del tram/bus 18 che porta giusto in centro storico.

Emanuele si è rivelato un ottimo host e padrone di casa. Il mio soggiorno è stato abbastanza lungo ed in questo periodo si è prodigato per farmi sentire a casa risolvendo prontamente qualsiasi problema si fosse presentato. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Unser Aufenthalt in Turin war sehr angenehm. Das Appartement von Veronica ist für zwei Personen sehr grosszügig. Mit dem Bus ist man innerhalb von 15 Min im Stadtzentrum. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Ausgestattet, was man braucht. Auch die Kommunikation und Planung von unserem Aufenthalt ist dank Veronica sehr einfach gelaufen. Gerne kommen wir wieder!
