We were very happy with the cleanliness of the space, the amenities, and the location! It is a great location for those who want to enjoy the ocean front while having more space for your family. The laundromat is convenient and you now can pay using your phone by scanning QR code. Shawna is helpful and responds quickly to any questions. Overall a great experience!

We really enjoyed our stay at Josh & Maegan’s place right on the beach! The building is on the last block of the boardwalk, which is a great location because you can get right on the boardwalk directly outside the building, but since it's at the end of the boardwalk, it is much quieter and less busy than further down. The building is older but very well kept up, as was the apartment. The building's pool is small but nice, and there is a grassy sitting area with chairs and tables directly off the beach, which was lovely to sit at. The apartment is small (would not recommend three people squeezing in there), but perfect for two people if you are not spending much time inside and has all the amenities you need to cook simple meals. I would absolutely stay again!

Cindy's place is very comfortable, clean and includes whatever you may need (besides the groceries). Cindy and Katie responded very quickly whenever we reached out to them. It is a very busy part of Atlantic Ave, and the street noise is very loud on the weekends, with the weekdays being a bit quieter. There are 2 bars kitty-corner across Atlantic Ave were most of the noise was coming from until about 1-2am. If you are a night owl, this should not bother you. We felt very safe and secure within the condo building and in the condo. The view is spectacular and being directly on the beach cannot be beat. When we visited in early May, getting in and out of the parking area was not an issue, but it probably could be during summer. I would recommend this condo to anyone who likes being where it is busy, doesn't need absolute quiet and enjoys the beach.

Enjoyed our first stay at Virginia Beach. The host, house and location were great to explore the area for the first time. Allen gave us recommendations on local hot spots/restaurants. He also went out of his way to make sure our bikes were locked up. If you plan to stay here, bring your bikes, the boardwalk is bike friendly but bring a lock.

We spent 6 days in this lovely little place and absolutely loved it. It was clean, functional, had a charming private yard, easy parking, and the neighbourhood is really quiet. We experienced the host’s excellent customer service when we encountered an issue during our stay, and the host immediately put in all the necessary effort to resolve the problem very quickly to our complete satisfaction. Naturally, we highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a wonderful time and the accommodations were superb! Our hosts were very responsive and willing to assist at a moments notice. The refrigerator stopped working (not very old) and they sent someone within hours and made sure there was refrigeration until the refrigerator could be replaced! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here in the future. It was a wonderful experience!

Very quick confirmation for booking a same day stay, and very friendly and helpful. Great communication and the place was easy to find, with quick and easy access to the beach and boardwalk. The parking is a bit tight if you drive a large vehicle, but it is manageable just to give a heads up before you get there.

I will definitely stay again at Merrys! I always want to be where people aren’t it was so private, I felt like a local. It was quiet, peaceful, and Merry was quick in responses. Thank you Merry!

We were more than impressed with the place. It was so comfortable, so clean, so beautiful. Lots of places in the house to hangout outside. The walk to the beach is so short. The street that the house is on has a lot of places of entertainment, shopping, and food. Yun was always available if I needed anything and her instructions were clear and she was so kind. If I go back to Virginia Beach, I will definitely be looking for her place again.

Mark is a great host. The house is immaculate. Every little detail is perfect. By far the nicest AirBNB I have ever rented. Mark made sure everything was perfect for our visit with our son in the Navy.

Our group of five enjoyed our stay. We liked having our own space as we had both early risers and night owls. The shared first floor space allowed for people to be up and not be a bother to those on the second or third floor who are sleeping. The building seems brand new and the ceilings are really high giving the feeling of even more space. Instructions were clear and having dedicated parking was nice. It is a quick walk to the beach and even closer to The Dome. There is a grocery store a few blocks away allowing for full use of the kitchen. One (very minor) downside is that you could hear running water draining in the pipes from the shower, washer, etc. This is a function of this being a new build having PVC drains I suspect.

We had a fantastic stay at Arica’s condo! The neighborhood was lovely—quiet, safe, and just a short walk to the boardwalk, making it the perfect location for enjoying Virginia Beach. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and the space had all the comforts we needed for a relaxing stay. Arica was a great host, ensuring everything was seamless from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place near the beach!

We had an amazing stay at your wonderful place! The location is fantastic - very close and walkable to the beach. The place is super clean, and the amenities are fantastic. Kat was an incredible host—communicative, flexible, and incredibly gracious. It was a pleasure to stay here. The place itself is great, but Kat also thought about the little things that make a difference—like the snacks, and the fully equipped kitchen with salt, pepper, paper towels, plates, glasses, and everything we needed. The well-compiled local guide was also helpful. When we’re in VB again, we’ll definitely stay here again.

We stayed a week at Kerri’s place in Virginia. She went above and beyond our expectations, very communicative and organized. She offered a ton of information and insights before and during our stay. Really nice place as pictured, plenty of bath towels and essentials. Private parking was a great benefit. Holly and her team were very communicative, prime location with a caring host. Would recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Crystal’s while in town for a graduation. Crystal was proactive with directions, recommendations, and instructions, and she responded quickly to questions. The place was nicely decorated, and well-stocked with kitchen gadgets, beach chairs, games, and other necessities. This is a nice place for a getaway.

We enjoyed staying at Kelly's place in VB. Its an ideal location for anyone who wants to stay right at the boardwalk. We witnessed amazing sunrises and moonrises. The ocean was right in front of us and from the 6th floor, the view was expansive. A lot of restaurants were also nearby. Kelly was always very communicative, polite and professional. The apartment was clean with the kitchen well stocked with utensils The bedrooms were of a pretty large size. And parking was on the premises. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and holiday for us. We strongly recommend Kelly's place.
