A very comfortable stay in a cosy apartment. The flat was well located within easy walking distance of the centre of the city, and with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and other amenities close by. The area is safe and well lit. Andrew and Natasha were exceptionally helpful, flexible and provided excellent advice during the stay.

Large windows provide a panoramic view of the city and surrounding park, showcasing a blend of urban and natural landscapes. A small potted plant sits on the windowsill, adding a touch of greenery to the bright, airy corner.

Andrey is a very responsive host, communication, instructions on how to get into the apartment and support throughout the stay . The apartment corresponds fully to the photos. Located in a good location. There is everything nearby, and restaurants and bars that you can walk to. I definitely recommend it and I will come back if necessary.

We had a wonderful 2 days in this apartment! The bathroom was very clean, the kitchen had everything you needed for a comfortable stay, and the bedroom was cozy and comfortable. The stunning view from the windows was especially delightful — we were lucky to live on the 3rd floor of the villa, and it is really stunning! I would like to thank Virginia separately — a wonderful and kind hostess. She not only helped us find a kindergarten, but was always available. Our daughter had a wonderful time playing with her son — despite the age difference, they got along well.

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at this apartment, and a big part of that was thanks to Ecaterina. She's not just a host who hands over the keys and disappears — she genuinely cares. She responded to every message with warmth and attention, offered helpful advice, and made me feel supported throughout my stay. You can really feel the kindness and care she puts into hosting. Unfortunately, I’ve had other Airbnb stays where things didn’t work properly and the host wouldn’t even reply — but Ecaterina is the exact opposite. She was present, attentive, and kind from the beginning to the end. Honestly, this apartment is worth booking just to experience what it feels like to be hosted by someone like her. So far, she’s the best host I’ve met on Airbnb. Highly recommended.
