Our lovely 70 m² apartment located in the heart of the Vallée des Vignes will suit you with its comfort. The residential area is ideal for resting and enjoying with the family, or for isolation in a peaceful and pleasant setting. Located 5 minutes walk from several shops and restaurants and 600 m from a shopping center, the city center is also accessible in 10 minutes by car. A bus stop located 2 minutes from the accommodation also allows you to get there.

The space The apartment is on 2 floors with 2 bedrooms in a row. Ideal for a couple with kids. Access is via an external staircase leading to a terrace overlooking the private garden with views of St Denis Church. The apartment has on the 1st floor a spacious living room with a dining area adjoining the open plan kitchen, a living room equipped with a wood stove, a shower room & separate toilet. An interior staircase leads to 2 adjoining bedrooms upstairs.

Welcome to our cottage nestled in the heart of the Somme Valley, in the Natura 2000 area, close to the GR800 and towpath, where nature lovers can enjoy hiking, bike rides. Check-in is from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and checkout is at 11:00 a.m. 20% discount for stays of 7 nights or more. Please note that the bed is not a king size and that local shops are 4.5 km away. We were looking for a single-story, peaceful and unique house facing the sea to share sweet moments with family. We found it and it's called Vila Sepia, the sea as the only horizon. We decided to share our haven of peace when we are not there. Come and enjoy and admire the sea as well as the sunsets from our lovingly decorated interior, or from our large 1400 m2 garden.
