Beautiful home in a nice location just minutes away from downtown Jonesboro. Chilon was very helpful and prompt with responses. Home was clean and well maintained with nice amenities. The fully-stocked bakery cart that appeared on the property one morning was a nice surprise! Would not hesitate to stay here again, thanks for letting us stay at your beautiful home!

The apartment itself was great, only real complaint is the strong cigarette smell inside. The parking area had exposed/open wiring panels and trash everywhere. But the host was wonderful, as well as the apartment itself.

I moved from Little Rock for work and needed a place to stay while I searched for a more permanent home. This was a perfect option for a temporary living space: Spacious, fully equipped kitchen, fully furnished rooms, and centrally located in town. My only complaint is that the couch cushions are “well-used” and not very comfortable to sit in. The host is very kind and helpful!

I really can't say enough about Bart and his rental. Bart was truly a joy to do business with. He quickly responded to any and all concerns (there weren't many and we rented an extended amount of time.) Bart was helpful, kind and always reachable for everything!
