We really enjoyed our stay here at Seabreeze. Everything was as listed. View was wonderful. Enjoyed the dipping pool after a day full of activities. Appreciate that they had a backup generator on case power went out (it didn’t). The house was very clean and had all the essentials. We asked for recommendations on where to get fresh seafood and they gifted us some fresh mahi mahi they had that was wonderful! Great place overall.

It was a great experience to stay in this apartment. The balcony is amazing and we did breakfast and some dinners there. Amazing location to walk to the beach and the near by restaurants. We stayed there for the IOR sailing event and it is a walking distance to the club. Laundry is outside the apartment with coins and super easy to use. The pool is great and the kids love to go after sailing. We will be back. Thank you!

Magical place to stay at. Loved the garden and the windchimes. The pond that goes out to the ocean. Hearing fish splashing in the pond. The bathroom and shower area is very charming. The house was very clean. Thank you for sharing your space!

Jon is a wonderful host. We have stayed there multiple times and are always pleased and amazed at the house. So much room, and the kitchen and living area are incredible to hang out in. Looking out of the house through the sliding doors to the bay cannot be accurately described. Great location for a direct walk to downtown Cruz Bay and all restaurants. You have to stay here!

Wanted a place to take our family and extended family of friends on a vacation they would always remember. This absolutely was that and more. Kids were in awe and so were we. Things we did include going to honeymoon bay multiple x to enjoy the beach, eat and have a few adult beverages. Went to mainland to shop & explore. Ingrid made our stay so much the better w her amazing energy. The massages from her were best I've ever had. Kids had a drum circle night and that was amazing. Our hosts son took us out on his sail boat, super exciting afternoon. The creatures at 4 elements were a fun part of trip. Hermit crabs. Turtles, lizards and cool sounding frogs. My number one recommendation would be to make sure you rent a golf cart before arrival. The walking up hills was likely good for me but I didn't like it 😂. I believe they book up quick so rent golf cart before you arrive. The property is so amazingly beautiful so worth going. Hope we can make it back another year.

This place was amazing. The balcony is the best place to have breakfast and bring in day with sunrise and your local rooster . We named him Henry. I celebrated my 30th with my closest friends in this unit. It’s close to red hook about two min drive. There’s food , grocery and night life in red hook. But be adventurous rent a car go to tutu mall for the market, rancho Latino for amazing food ,coki beach for Sunday funday and food . Amanda and her team were responsive and Biege even greeted us at the door, supplied recommendations and was extremely helpful when we had questions . A time was had. We’ll be back Worth it! Great Location! It took us a little bit of time to find the location. It’s right next to St. Thomas’s yacht club. Once we arrived and checked in, we were pleasantly surprised it looked just like the photos. Me and My Husband stood 30 days. This is the first time I stayed at an Airbnb. I am so thrilled we did. The convenience of having a kitchen, a washer and dryer the freedom to come and go as you please. Nathan’s project manager Brittany was wonderful and took care of any mishap that will occur. The beds were extremely comfortable. He had everything that you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Thank you again so much, Nathan. We definitely will be back in the future. You can’t beat the Location . the restaurants and so many attractions are endless .

From start to finish, great experience! Staisha answered the phone on the 1st day when I was on the wrong street. Amy answered me every time I messaged her with a question. Both were prompt & courteous. The condo is absolutely beautiful & met all of our needs and desires. We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend Amy!!! Thank you!

Such a beautiful condo with outstanding views. Lidiya had all kinds of beach amenities which came in so useful for my husband and I. The location was absolutely perfect, and we did not have the want to leave the premises with everything this location had to offer. We can not wait to return! It was a spacious apartment set up for easy cooking with a great view and amenities. It was awesome for family bonding. We played table games in the living rooms. Our sons loved the pool areas and the tennis courts of the hotel next door that they were able to use. We had a great time!

Hands down the BEST air bnb we have ever stayed in. Cinda’s place really is amazing. It was spotless clean and had everything you would need and then some. From loofas for the showers to a few local beers in the fridge waiting for us. The view from the balcony is exactly as pictured and completely breathtaking. Multiple pools steps out the door from the condo as well as 2 restaurants. Sun and sea and ocean 180. (Get the surf and turf tacos from Sun and Sea) The entire condo is extremely modern and high end there really isn’t a single downside to this place. Taxis are easy to get right outside of your door and so many beach’s and restaurants close by. Cinda provides you with a massive packet of things to do and must sees while there. She goes above and beyond in every way and checked in several times to see if we needed anything. Not only was it the best air bnb we’ve ever had but the best host as well it’s clear how much she cares about your stay. Thank you Cinda! We will be back!

Molly was a great host, everything was exactly as advertised and she quickly responded to every question I had. One of the most friendly people I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with while traveling and I could not have been happier with my experience staying at her place! 10/10

My best friend from college and I took a much needed girls trip and this condo exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful, clean, quiet, had an amazing view of the ocean and we were even left a welcome gift. The condo was fully stocked with the basics and the condo manager picked up our groceries and put them away before we arrived. The private beach and pool were perfect and don’t sleep on Sangria’s. The food there was amazing and my friend who has celiac said they had the best gluten free pizza she’s ever eaten. If we had any questions the hosts and condo manager were quick to respond. With all of the complaints people have nowadays with Airbnb cleaning fees and requirements we were shocked that all we had to do upon leaving was lock up. The only suggestion we could possibly make would be to maybe have a list of favorite restaurants, bars or things to do that a tourist wouldn’t think of doing. Our stay was absolute perfection and we’d definitely come back.

My husband and I stayed for the month of April 2025. The condo was spacious, clean and well equipped. We had our grown kids visit us during the stay. The space accommodates 4. We had our own bedroom with connected bath, which was very spacious. The bed was super comfortable. On the other side was a nice murphy bed and another bathroom and nice kitchen. Also two large private balconies. Elllsbeth and her team were very responsive and courteous. Acces to Elysian resort with a beautiful pool. You are on the beach, on a beautiful harbor with great views and snorkeling. Very peaceful location. Ritz next door. Close to many restaurants and St John Ferry. The on-sight restaurants were both very good. Overall a great experience. Would come back. Highly recommended.

Joan’s place was absolutely beautiful! The views were some of the best I’ve ever seen. I sat on the porch any chance I could. The location was private but close enough to the beaches and restaurants. Next time I go to St. Thomas, I will be sure to return to the Larimar!

Elaine's place is beautiful inside and also the moment you walk out of it. The place was immaculate. The view from the patio is breathtaking. Just a few steps to the beach. Great spot to snorkel. Can rent snorkeling gear right outside. The beach also has a lot of shade. Also great restaurants and bar right outside the place. Would definitely come back.

This condo was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I as well as our 9 month old came to visit St. Thomas for the first time and this was the perfect place to be. Kristin had a pack and play ready for our baby to use along with additional sheets and blankets. It was super clean and had a lot of amenities such as abundant kitchen utensils/pots/pans, beach chairs, beach toys, parking for the car we rented, and of course, super close access to the beach. The view from the condo is amazing. We had rain unfortunately but the view was sill stunning. Kristin was very easy to communicate with and she sent us a list of recommendations nearby as well as the cruise ship schedule which allowed us to see which beaches may be crowded at those times. There are restaurants on site as well as a gift shop and coffee shop. All other attractions and cities are within a short drive from Sapphire Beach which was awesome. We got to go to Carnival nights… so much fun!!

V is the best host! Everything was top tier! The views from the beach were spectacular! To be able to just walk out to one of the world’s most beautiful beaches is just incredible! V is very responsive and answered questions about St. Thomas, St. John, and Tortola in general, which she didn’t have to do! The place is so clean and so nice, don’t hesitate, book TODAY, you won’t regret it!
