A self-contained two-storey flat within our historic country house, in a peaceful location yet only 2km from central Oxford: the best of both worlds. A huge bedroom on the first floor with charming views over the orchard; go up its own small winding staircase to a sitting room with dining area, a small kitchen (with fridge, cooker, microwave and toaster) and private bathroom (with shower over the bath). Occasional extra guests can stay in the two sofa beds, for a charge of £20 per bed per night

A recently developed, beautifully furnished space, COSY for two adults (+ 1 baby under 1 year old OR one fur-baby. Not suitable for toddlers). Situated in a sleepy Cotswold farming village private drive, small garden/patio area. There are lots of stunning walks on the door step and we are close to many Cotswold attractions including Diddly Squat Farm and The Farmers Dog pub. NB. Entire river side house near centre

Entire house with two double bedrooms next to the river and just a 5 min walk to the train station. You can make use of the garden with table and chairs to sit outside when the weather is nice. The living room is upstairs and has views of the river and there is a big bathroom and a kitchen. We have two great pubs nearby and all of Oxford’s famous buildings just a short walk away. We are 15 mins walk to the centre and main bus station for trips to London or the airport.

Quiet beautiful village

Independent private unit with private facility next to main house. I will be available if wanted. Very small, especially for two but manageable, hence the price, ( I try to keep the price as long as I can ), but very pretty, very comfortable bed for two, and good Wifi and good shower, a big fridge in the garage for your foods, beer or wine. You will not see me unless you want to!!!?. It is not a luxurious cottage. The Crown and Inn at Emmington there.
