The gite was lovely and Lynn and Nicola were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we had to leave after a few days because my elderly husband had banged his head on the low doorway (despite it being labelled as low), stunned him and cut his head open. In view of his history of subdural haematoma this was worrying. And then he missed the low step into the bedroom and went flying, injuring his hand and chin. We thought it too risky to stay on but this was our problem, not the gite's. We were really sorry to have to leave. The garden was ideal for our dogs. The neighbourhood was pretty, and historic with some nice walks. We enjoyed exploring the countryside. We would not hesitate to recommend the gite although perhaps not so much for people with limited mobility.

This is absolutely top-quality accommodation. Anémone and her husband have converted this farm building to an incredibly high standard. From the moment you walk in, you can see the woodwork and stonework are exceptional. The kitchen and bathrooms are lovely, and the living area is perfect for relaxing. Anémone is a very friendly and helpful host. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis à notre arrivée, avec la proposition d’office de quitter un peu plus tard le logement que prévu car non loué le lendemain (je le précise car c’est super agréable et ça nous a beaucoup dépanné!). Le logement est impeccable, une literie royale et très confortable qui nous a fait regretter de ne pas rester plus longtemps. Tout le nécessaire est fourni dans la maison, vous n’avez qu’à poser vos valises. A l’extérieur, un immense jardin et une très belle piscine à disposition, qui sont plus qu’appréciables le matin au réveil. Encore un immense merci pour votre accueil, vous méritez vos nombreux avis très positifs ! Une belle adresse à retenir et un gite dans lequel vous pouvez aller les yeux fermés.

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Caroline, elle a été attentive à notre bien être et notre confort durant toute la semaine. Nous avons trouvé en arrivant de quoi « manger et boire » ce qui nous a beaucoup facilité le démarrage de notre séjour. Le niveau d’équipement est supérieur à ce qui est annoncé : grandes serviettes de bain + serviettes de piscine moelleuses, dosettes de café, petit déjeuner complet, tisanes et thé, mobilier de jardin et de repos confortable, grand jardin privatif. Pour regarder les JO le grand écran était parfait ! L’espace piscine est particulièrement joli et bien réussi, l’aménagement est très relaxant. Les espaces pour les différents logements sont bien distincts et permettent l’intimité de chacun. Nous repartons avec de bons souvenirs de chaque endroit dont nous avons profité chez Caroline

The loveliest airbnb we’ve ever stayed at!! The owners are so accommodating and their cats and dogs are so sweet. The views are incredible and the gite was perfect- had everything we needed even coffee and every kitchen utensil you could think of! There’s also a BBQ you can use if you’d like. The pool was perfect for the heatwave (and the aircon!) and so tranquil. There’s a book in the room that the hosts have put together with info about local attractions and recommendations that was very helpful! If you want a peaceful get away, it doesn’t get much better than this!

Very attractive setting, large garden and plenty of well designed outside space to enjoy the sun. We were unlucky with the weather, but the stylish and spacious living area meant we had plenty of room for indoor relaxation. Nicki and Bill were extremely helpful with everything and we have never had so many interesting books, games and activities available to keep everyone amused from table football and ping pong to pizza making! Thank you for a lovely stay.

An absolutely stunning Airbnb, Debbie & Mike were amazing hosts! we weren’t lucky with the weather, so we couldn’t make use of the lovely pool and outdoor dining area. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. Thank you!

Environment paisible et bucolique très agréable et reposant. Le cadre était très joli, chaque matin vous ouvrez votre fenêtre sur le parc du château. De l’autre côté, vous avez votre coin terrasse privatif avec un immense espace sur la campagne. En plus vous avez accès à la piscine du propriétaire, toujours dans un cadre magnifique. En bref on était “au mieux” !
