The Space: A large living room, two single bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, 2 toilets and 1 bathroom. Access: The upper house has its own entrance. Other points: It is possible to rent the upstairs apartment for a longer period of time. No pets.

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Het Goede Gemoed; "Afterwards and yet close". Good cozy restaurants are plentiful and also grabbing a movie is done in no time.

Nice place on the edge of the forest and near the village!

Nice place on the edge of the Sallandse Heuvelrug in the cozy village of Hellendoorn! In the back of the garden is our guest house with private garden, living room, pantry kitchen, bathroom/toilet, bedroom with 2-p bed and sleeping loft with 2 single beds above the kitchen. The center is at walking distance. But we also live wonderfully freely, right on the forest and the Pieterpad. April 2025 completely renovated! Unfortunately, we cannot allow permanent residence.

Apartment (95m2) on the lower floor with lovely city garden. Located right in the center and yet quiet. The adjacent Brasserie Willemientje serves breakfast, lunch and you can have a drink with snacks Shops, restaurants, museums and the cozy "Oude Markt" with the many terraces are within walking distance. If you are on a business trip or want to visit Enschede for a few days, this apartment is very suitable. Also, please read "other important information"

The lake house is located directly on the lake and perfectly combines the features of a cozy Scandinavian-style house with the amenities of a modernly equipped accommodation with exclusive and luxurious highlights. This spacious home is in a preferred location of Uelsen. The necessities of daily use can be taken care of in the village. Numerous shops, restaurants, banks and medical care ensure a pleasant village atmosphere. In the immediate vicinity there is an adventure playground and a large outdoor pool. Extensive cycling and hiking trails to the neighboring Netherlands provide relaxation and recreation. So pure relaxation!!!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. The location of the house allows extensive bike / boat and shopping tours. The bicycles you bring with you can be parked and also loaded in the bicycle shed. For rainy weather, take a bath in the hot tub or a sauna. In the relative vicinity there are good shopping facilities that can be processed in the full kitchen.
