Cozy little cottage with open plan, mini kitchen, gas stove, microwave and refrigerator. Two bar stools with possibility to eat breakfast inside. A small sleeping alcove with double bed and separate sauna. There are two decks, the one in the west has dining table for 6 people with an incredible view of the open sea and the horizon. There's also an outdoor sink on the east side deck as well as a gas grill. A dry toilet directly outside the sauna as well as a separate newly built shower and laundry house as well as a freezer toilet a little bit away.

Welcome to Lundviolstigen 7, a state-of-the-art and exclusive residential building in an attractive and fantastic location at the newly established residential area Södra Lillängen in Mariehamn. Bring the whole family to this great place with lake views and lots of room for fun. Here, modern comfort meets natural beauty and elegance. The proximity to the boat (summertime), beach, playground and nature makes this a unique place. Motorboat at your own berth is rented in the summer.

The cottage is by the water and you have a nice lake view with a west facing position. There is a separate terrace where you can enjoy the summer days. By the beach there is a floating jetty with swimming ladder. Own wood-fired beach sauna with terrace and sun loungers. The stay includes bed linen as well as towels. Dart board, croquet and cube games are available in the cabin. Sup boards are available for rent on site.

Boathouse cottage including kayaks, boat and bikes

The cottage is located on/right by the sea, still only 6km from the city center. On the 2nd floor you find the bedroom, kitchen/living room and a big balcony. On the 1st floor we have a bathroom, shower and a comfortable sauna with an extraordinary sea view. During the winter the cottage is closed when it’s very cold. Please note that from Oktober to March the rowing boat and kayaks we will not be available for you to use.

The fire crackles from the sauna stove while the Åland Sea opens up through the large windows. Relax on the large terrace with adjacent relaxation lounge and listen to the waves crashing on the beach stones. Fagerudda sauna is secluded with its own beach only 500 meters from Björnhofvda Gård. From the parking lot, the beach sauna is reached via a beautiful hilly 200 m long forest path down to the sea.

Enjoy the calm, sea and nature, with access to bikes, kayaks, a rowboat and a traditional wood-fired sauna. A new cabin is under construction (no photos yet) with a large deck facing the bay. Simple wash up area in the sauna. 100 m pier for swimming or evening fishing.
