Situé face à la pinède, vous pourrez profiter du calme et de son accès privé pour de belles randonnées. La terrasse vous permettra de prendre vos repas en extérieur grâce à une cuisine toute équipée. L'accès à la piscine partagée se fait de 9h à 12h et de 14h à 18h. Interdiction de fumer à l'intérieur du logement.

Bienvenue dans notre maison neuve de 110m2 avec piscine et jardin dans le joli village provençal de Coudoux. Elle est composée de 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain, 2 WC et elle est entièrement climatisée. Les terrasses sont protégées par des stores-bannes vous disposez d'un coin plancha pour les repas pris au bord de la piscine. L'accès à la piscine est protégé par un portillon. Vous pouvez vous garer facilement devant la maison. Vous êtes à 10mn d’Aix en Provence, 20mn gare TGV et de l’aéroport.
