appartement très bien équipé et très propre, tout à fait conforme aux photos. la quartier est paisible, situé un peu en hauteur, à environ 15 min à pied du bord de mer. les places de stationnement sont gratuités. une mention spéciale à Daisy pour son accueil chaleureux.

We have enjoyed our stay. The apartament looks exactly like in the pictures. The kitchen is fully equipped, same goes for the bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer etc). Everything was clean and disinfected. Pilar had many recommendations for us. Totally recommend and we will happily return.

El apartamento es realmente hermoso, mejor que en las fotos de la publicación. Nuevo, con una excelente ubicación frente al mar y en un pueblo pintoresco. La cama en general es súper confortable, sábanas y toallas de muy buena calidad. Totalmente equipado. Súper recomendable.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants and beautiful beaches in Puertito de Guimar (7 min away) making it super convenient to explore. Claudia and Nuria were amazing hosts, super friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. They provided great local recommendations and were flexible with the check-out, which we highly appreciated! We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you for making our trip so wonderful!

A lovely apartment in a great location . Enjoyed the pool area and any issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The only downside was the balcony which never had sun and was very small. Having stayed in the apartment block before this was disappointing. Luc was just an amazing host and I could not recommend the apartment more highly .

Der Check-in war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Das Apartement ist modern und hell eingerichtet, man fühlt sich gleich sehr wohl. Ausgestattet ist es mit allem was man rund um einen Strandurlaub benötigt (auch Strandhandtücher!). Sehr positiv fanden wir, dass kleine alltägliche Dinge (Zucker, Salz, Waschmittel etc.) vorhanden waren und dass wir zwei Schlüssel bekamen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Clean apartment with very friendly hostage. Heated Swimming poll with restaurant. Good location, far enough from bar’s and restaurant’s noise but close enough to get there (3-5 min walk) Main Bus Station is 10 min walk and beach Los Cristianos is around 20 min walk. Truly recommend.

Ideal for our needs, as it was close to where we were visiting a friend and stayed for 12 days.

We had a very nice stay in this lovely house. The owner is very friendly. We could have checked in earlier which is a game changer for family with two small children. This place has a huge potential but needs some work in the garden.

We had such a lovely experience within this Villa. The Villa itself is breathtaking and the pictures do not do it justice. It’s extremely clean and has all the amenities required. It was in a great location easy to find a few shops are also in walking distance. The views are beautiful to say the least. Lastly Juan was very accommodating professional and very welcoming. If I did need to speak to him, he was always available and very knowledgeable. He made this trip very smooth. I would definitely recommend and I will be back as I had such an amazing experience. Wir durften Manuel Markus von der persönlichen Begrüssung bis zur Verabschiedung als 100% perfekten Gastgeber kennen lernen. Beim Eintreffen waren Lebensmittel und Getränke vorhanden und wir fühlten uns von ersten Moment an wohl. Das traumhaft schöne und ruhige Haus liegt am Hang und hat einen tollen Ausblick auf's Meer und den Teide. Alles ist sauber und die grosszügige Terasse bietet ausreichend Platz zum gemütich essen oder Sonnenbaden, eine wahre Oase. Toll ist auch der Grill. Die Zimmer, die Küche, der Salon, das Badezimmer, alles sehr grosszügig und sehr sauber. In unmittelbarer Nähe hat es Lidel und Lebensmittelgeschäfte und gute Restaurants. Ein Auto ist aber empfehlenswehrt. Manuel Markus hat uns mit vielen Typs und eine überraschenden Einladung zum Brunsch unter dem Drachenbaum vollum verwöhnt. Er war jeder Zeit erreichbar und immer für uns da. Schön das wir auch seine Frau kennen lernen durften. Fazit: Wir waren 3 Wochen da und würden sofort wieder kommen. Dankeschön!

Great stay overall, super flexible check in and check out times to suit us as well as booking at short notice. The location is ideal, all of the rooms and amenities were as shown/described and more than suitable. Quick and good communication throughout with the host. All 10 of us highly recommend both this villa and the host.

Barbara fue encantadora. La zona muy tranquila y con facilidad para movernos. Teníamos el transporte público frente a la puerta de la casa y un supermercado a 2 minutos a pie.

Well what can I say,from start to finish it was a joy. We were picked up at the airport and left back again. Fermin is the owner of the 2 storey house and lives upstairs but you never see him unless you need him. The downstairs is exactly as in the pictures with few bonuses. You have 2 start TVs linked to the WiFi a fantastic shower and the best for me and the wife was the remote control ceiling fan in the bedroom,it was a life saver. You have everything you need and more for a fantastic stay. All the shops and bars are 1 minute away,or a lovely 10 minutes walk to the harbour where you can sit and enjoy a meal or a drink. The swimming pool is 25m in length and is spotless and only used by the locals, which is not many. There is a key fob to get in. So we absolutely loved our weeks here and would definitely come back.

Lovely spacious and well presented apartment. Pool area is lovely and not busy. Seemed to be more locals than tourists so if you like to be a little removed from the main tourist centres but still have easy access then this place is great.

Place was gleaming when we arrived, terrace is stunning with sun from morning till sunset. Really enjoyed our stay very relaxing. Christina was very responsive and helpful.

Una bellissima vacanza. L'appartamento di Michelle è bello, pulito e confortevole. Non manca veramente nulla, anzi, c'è di più del necessario. A due passi dalla bella spiaggia di Las Vista e da Los Cristianos, supermarket Mercadona a 5 minuti a piedi, negozi, ristoranti, bar... c'è veramente di tutto. Una bella piscina condominiale aperta dalla mattina fino a tarda sera. Letto comodissimo, abbiamo dormito meglio che a casa nostra. Dal balcone si può apprezzare una fantastica vista sul mare. Michelle e la sua collaboratrice Deborah sono state gentilissime e pronte a risolvere ogni nostra esigenza. Grazie! Appartamento e tutto il contorno consigliabilissimo. Ci ritorneremo.

The location is excellent—just a five-minute walk to a big bus station, very close to the beach, and within walking distance to Siam Park! The host always responded quickly and helped us solve any issues we had. The stay was a great experience.

Thank you, Alessandro! The Airbnb was perfect for our holiday. It was very clean and tidy, with amenities like tea, coffee, and washing supplies provided. There was also private parking, which meant a guaranteed spot. The apartment was in walking distance of Costa Adeje and Las Americas, especially the local Spar shop and beach, which was only a 3-minute walk away. Siam Park was a less than a 10-minute drive away and could be seen from the apartment. The local bus station was also next to the apartment block, meaning easy access to the rest of the island. The only downside was the building work in the apartment block next door. There was building noise from 7 am to 5 pm every day other than Sunday, but it was clearly near completion. This didn’t cause too much of an issue due to being early risers and being out the apartment most of the day. I will definitely be staying here again and recommending Alessandro and the apartment to our family.

I stayed in this spacious and bright apartment, which comfortably accommodates four people. One of the highlights is the lovely terrace with a stunning view of the ocean and the cliffs of Los Gigantes — absolutely breathtaking. The apartment also offers keyless entry, which is very convenient, though it requires a Spanish phone number to use this feature. The beach is less than 200 meters away, making it perfect for quick and easy access. At night, there can be a bit of noise from passing cars, but closing the windows and using the air conditioning solves that issue easily. Overall, a wonderful place to stay! I would definitely stay in this apartment again.

Renato was always very responsive and his friend who helped with check in was a nice friendly guy as well. The walk to the beach front area was around 12mins with the nearest main beach about 20mins walk so more than manageable and there's plenty of decent restaurants nearby within 5-10mins walk. Overall for what we paid compared to how much hotels were, we really can't complain at all and would happily come back again. Plenty of free parking in the area as well so that's another bonus.
