It is set up as a studio, with a comfortable queen bed, small kitchenette, Amazon Fire TV w/ Amazon Prime, High-Speed Wifi, full bathroom, & electronic keypad entry. This cottage has one shared wall with the main house, but is a separate dwelling with its own entrance & no shared facilities. This space can also be booked with sister cottages on the property if needed. Luggage storage available.

Located in a safe & quiet neighborhood just minutes from Zilker Park, South First St & South Congress, Palmer Events Center, Long Center for Performing Arts, Austin City Limits, Lady Bird Lake and downtown Austin, Kasita Nest is a beautifully designed smart home and garden pavilion designed specifically for travelers who desire a serene environment that offers comfort and privacy close to everything Austin-tacious! Note: There are 3 outdoor cameras monitoring the driveway, parking lot and ramp.

It can sleep 4 people, although the space would be a little tight for 4 adults. There is a king sized bed, and a sleeper sofa which can be used together as a full sized, or option to separate into 2 twins. We are located in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity (10-15 minutes or less) to many of the iconic Austin attractions. My husband and I live in the main house with our two dogs, Teddy and Rupert.
