Vacation rentals with beach access in Cortecito Beach

**5 Stars – Another Wonderful Stay!** This was not my first time staying at one of Ivan’s properties in Punta Cana, and once again, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. Ivan is an exceptional host—extremely professional, kind, and always accommodating. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. What truly stands out is how Ivan goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are comfortable. My flight was unexpectedly delayed, and he graciously allowed me to stay past check-out so I wouldn’t have to wait uncomfortably. That level of thoughtfulness means so much, especially when traveling. The property itself was spotless, well-equipped, and in a perfect location to enjoy everything Punta Cana has to offer. I always leave feeling relaxed and grateful, and it’s all thanks to Ivan’s hospitality. I will *always* stay at Ivan’s places whenever I return to the beautiful Dominican Republic. Highly recommended!

Ge-wel-dig!! Alleen al het uitzicht vanaf het terras was adembenemend! De communicatie vooraf en gedurende het verblijf verliep vlekkeloos. Er werd adequaat en snel gereageerd op kleine issues die we hebben ervaren. Ondanks dat de locatie zich direct aan het strand bevindt en boven Zoho Beachclub, was het heel relaxed en privé. Muziek was duidelijk te horen maar niet storend. Voldoende keukengerei om zelf te kunnen koken. Goed bereikbaar met de auto ( Prive parking mogelijk) maar ook goed bereikbaar met een uber met de geboden instructies. Ik kom zeker terug!

J’ai raté l’occasion de mettre un commentaire la première fois donc je ne voulais pas rater l’occasion cette fois-ci. Notre séjour chez Palma Azul s’est très bien déroulé. L’appartement était parfait, extrêmement propre, confortable et très bien équipé. Il est moderne et tout à l’intérieur est de bonne qualité, ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas en République Dominicaine. Le picuzzi est très bien entretenu avec une personne qui passe deux fois par semaine pour le nettoyer. Il y avait des chips, des bières et des fruits dans la cuisine à notre arrivée en guise de bienvenue, ce qui est une très belle attention bien appréciée lorsqu’on arrive de voyage. Il y a une belle piscine dans la résidence, un jardin tropical et une zone barbecue toujours très propre. Je recommande fortement ce logement qui est propre, moderne et très confortable.

This place was great. It looked just like the pictures. It was super clean. The host was the best part of the experience. He had tons of suggestions for things to see, things to do, restaurants to eat at.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Grazia’s place. The balcony was by far my favorite feature—spacious, breezy, and perfect for relaxing. With the door open, the natural breeze kept the entire apartment cool, and I didn’t even need to use the AC at the end of May! The bed was fairly comfortable, and while the apartment is a bit dated, it had most of what I needed for a comfortable stay. As is common in many parts of the Dominican Republic, hot water for showers was minimal to nonexistent. Also, the neighborhood is quite lively, so if you’re a light sleeper or need complete quiet at night, this might be a challenge. That said, the hosts were fantastic—very responsive and easy to communicate with—and overall it was a great experience. I’d definitely recommend this place if hot water and noise aren't dealbreakers for you.

Un lugar paradisíaco, para disfrutar en familia o con tu pareja, las fotos se quedan cortas a la experiencia tan genial que viví, volvería siempre que me sea posible, es un apto súper reconfortante, el espacio, el lugar, todo es ESPECTACULAR. Es súper económico para todo lo que ofrece Nelly y su esposo fueron los mejores anfitriones e hicieron de este viaje una semana fantástica. Great Place Super Clean And Private. Best Part Was The Host Cuba. He Helped Get Groceries And Suggested Places To Eat. We Got Alittle Loud One Night And Cuba Came Friendly As Can Be And Asked To Quiet Down. We Even Got A Souvenir Cup. Will Definitely Be Back Whenever I'm In Punta Cana. The Host Definitely Made This Stay Alot Easier For Me. Thank You Again

Had an amazing stay at Jaay’s place! He was very responsive, answered any questions we had & checked in with us to make sure we were doing okay & if we needed anything & he also gave us lots of recommendations on things to do. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Rufina's place. She was very attentive and responsive and accommodating with early check-in and later check-out. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The picuzzi is a nice touch and the private beach access was great. I would definitely stay here again.

This is one of the best AirBnB experiences I've ever had. Felix was an excellent host and being in this property truly felt like a dream. Everything was extremely clean and organized. Check in was very fast and straight to the point, Felix had provided very clear and easy to follow instructions for the check in process as well as all other details about the house itself. Me and my kids will definitely be staying here again in the near future.

The place was very comfortable just the perfect home for myself and family exactly what we were looking for. My host Gabriel was very nice and friendly such a polite person and also very helpful with tips on places to visit, he always answer promptly to my messages and the location is very secure and peaceful. I would recommend his place anytime to anyone who plans on visiting Punta Cana with their family and looking for a Airbnb. It was worth the price.

I had the most incredible stay at the apartment at The Beach in Punta Cana! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by how exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated the space was—every detail felt thoughtfully curated and welcoming. The apartment itself was not only spotless but also extremely comfortable, with everything I needed to feel right at home. I also felt very safe throughout my stay, which made it even easier to fully relax. But the real highlight? The breathtaking lagoon/beach area —it’s honestly the most stunning and serene setting I’ve ever seen. The water is crystal clear, the surroundings are peaceful, and the sunsets were absolutely magical. Every evening felt like a dream. If you’re looking for a quiet, safe, and truly beautiful escape, this place is it. I can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be back!

Great location on Bavaro beach, super clean apartment and pool. On a very nice stretch of the beach, as well. Recommend walking to a bunch of the nearby restaurants, specifically La Bruja Chupadora!
