Come and rest in this 75 m2 peaceful retreat with elegant volumes. In the heart of the village (5 min walk) you can enjoy local shops: butcher/caterer, bakery, Proxi, bar/tobacco, some evenings of the week food trucks (burgers, pizzas). Possibility of baby equipment (beds, high chair). There are many activities nearby: water park a few minutes away, vineyards, troglodyte villages, Loire Valley castles less than an hour away. TGV train station 6 minutes by car.

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Old presbytery, heated pool, wooded garden

Our former presbytery is located in a very small village in the Perche Sarthois, two hours from Paris. Built mostly in the 18th century, it was enlarged in 1860. Completely and recently renovated, it has lost neither its charm nor its soul. It has a secure and heated swimming pool and a large 3000 m2 wooded garden divided into several spaces. The house is certified "3-star furnished tourist accommodation"

Country house

Former gatehouse completely renovated, not overlooked and with countryside views. You may have the opportunity to observe deer and other small game. The old railway line is now reserved for hiking or mountain biking. Come and spend a quiet stay with family or friends and enjoy the enclosed garden. Village with shops (bar, restaurant, bakery 1 km away), market on Saturday morning. Supermarket 2 km away.

Townhouse

Small town house in peaceful village of Loir-et-Cher. Recreation center in the village with playground, swimming, fishing, petanque court. 1 hour from the Loire Valley castles, 20 minutes from Vendôme TGV station, 50 minutes from Le Mans, 10 minutes from St Calais. There is free public parking 50 m away. Parents: possibility of providing a baby bed, high chair and baby bath on request.
