Quiet and laid back neighborhood. Perfect home base for visiting family in Saskatoon's East side.

She was very helpful when it came to me asking questions about the place. An amazing stay, very quiet and peaceful and you can walk around to places that are located around. Had a couple items at the airbnb for people who are staying there to use and even some board games and cards. I enjoyed my experience very much and would definitely rent from again if I ever visit!

My son, who is a USASK student) stayed with Justin for just short of 2 weeks after he was left homeless due to a fire in his apartment building. I am at a loss to find the right words to describe how grateful I am for the kindness and compassion Justin and his family had for my son. They treated him like family, and because of them, he has fond memories of what has otherwise been, a very difficult moment in his young life.

We had a fantastic stay at Darren’s suite! Darren is incredibly helpful and always quick to respond. The suite itself is beautiful. It was so cozy and had such a fun feel to it. The backyard especially was gorgeous and very private. We enjoyed the hot tub! It felt very safe and we had fun exploring the neighbourhood. It was such a delightful experience, would definitely recommend!!

I really enjoyed my stay in Emmanuel’s suite. The space was clean, quiet, and cozy. I never found myself wanting for things - everything I needed, he had (including teabags!). It is walking distance to many amenities and the university, which was great for me. Great spot, would stay again!

The apartment was very clean and perfectly as advertised. In addition, the price was affordable and not very expensive for what we had. The host was responsive and friendly in responding to our requests as best he could. To sum up, the experience was great.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as pictured Clean, comfortable, and very well-kept. It was also nice and quiet, which made it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep. Everything was just as expected, and I really appreciated how smooth the check-in process was. I’d definitely stay here again!

It was such a cute and comfortable place to stay! The room was filled with charming artwork, spotlessly clean, and the temperature was easy to control. It felt like visiting an old friend, everything I needed was already there. There is a nearby area that might require a bit of caution if you’re with children, which you can take a short detour. The river nearby is beautiful, and the location is super convenient, just a short Uber ride to the airport and within walking distance to TCU and the mall.

Accommodations as described, comfy beds, easy to find (if you don’t listen to Google lol), great communication and friendly hosts. Will stay there again when in the area. Thank you!

Location was easy to find and lots of parking. Entrance to the place was easy and clear. Felt very comfortable and cozy there. Had everything we needed. Close to the river for us to walk, about 1 km. Lots of restaurants near by. Host was very accommodating and communicated very easily - made our trip great!

I had a great stay at Cailyn's place in Saskatoon! It was a 20-25 minute walk (or 5 minute drive) to the University campus where I was participating in a conference. Also an easy walk to a great street with tons of restaurants, bars, and breweries. The space was comfortable and inviting and I had everything I needed. Cailyn was super responsive and answered any questions I had quickly and clearly. I would definitely stay here again!

Really cute place in a great location. Lots of great touches like books about Saskatchewan and board games that I didn't have time to enjoy. The suite was really big - bigger than it looks in the listings. It is a basement suite, so it doesn't get much light. But I didn't mind since it meant I slept well and I was out doing things all day anyway.

We had a great experience staying at Ajoy's place. We were in town for a family event and this was a perfect spot. The location is walkable to grocery stores and restaurants but still on a pretty quiet street. We were able to drive to most everything else we needed within about 10 minutes, including the downtown core of Saskatoon and USask event spaces. The unit was easy for parking, very clean, the beds were comfy, and had everything we needed. We wound up having to cut our stay short due to a family emergency and Ajoy was very kind in his messages when I let him know. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks :)

Dave’s place is located scenic and cozy neighborhood. Having a parking space dedicated to the suite was a great perk. Just a 5 minute walk to Broadway, local shops, and parks. Le Studio is bright with high ceilings. Although I checked in late— I had a great sleep on the very comfortable mattress. Brad was also kind enough to recommend a local coffee shop just minutes away. I will definitely be back!!

The apartment was very clean and spacious and is situated in a quiet neighborhood not far away from the river. It is equipped with everything one needs, Internet was working perfectly and we could park our car directly in front of the house. Still, the apartment would get even friendlier if the blinds in front of the windows could be opened and closed to let some light in and e.g. also to see in the morning what the weather is like outside. We are happy to have found this place and we definitely can recommend it.

I stayed for a month and highly recommend staying at Austin’s place. It’s immaculate and exactly as described. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and the suite is private. Austin was quick to respond to any questions. All around great choice for accommodation.
