Die Wohnung liegt gut, sie ist sehr praktisch geschnitten und hat fast alles was man braucht. Die Kommunikation zur Gastgeberin war gut und proaktiv, was uns besonders gut gefallen hat. Die Betten warn bequem, wir hatten ausreichend Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Der Balkon ist ziemlich geräumig und wir hatten genug Platz die nassen Handtücher zu trocknen und auch entspannt das Meer zu beobachten. Zur Zeit unseres Aufenthalts war gegenüber eine Baustelle, aber ich schätze, dass diese bis 2025 festiggestellt sein wird.

Locatie:Apartamentul este situat intr o zona foarte linistita, aproape de o plaja neamanajata, perfecta pentru cineva care nu prefera agitatia. Este amenajat modern, cu tot ce trebuie(nu am dus lipsa de absolut nimic). Proprietarul: o gazda minunata. Ne a pus la dispozitie cu multă amabilitate intreaga locuinta, ba chiar a fost dispus sa ne permita sa stam dupa ora de check-out. Per total, pentru cineva care doreste cateva zile de liniste, aproape de malul marii, locatia este perfecta. Ne am simtit ca acasa.

The apartment is in a great area, super close to the beach, has lovely view of both the sea and the lake. It is very comfortable and nicely decorated. We stayed for 2 nights with our dog. Did not had any issues, we recommend both the listing & the host.

Everything is just great. The housing has everything you would need. The 2 beds would be large enough for 4 people. Kitchen has all the things you would need. Walking distance to Techerghiol lake. You can take the car to the seaside and park down on the beach. The beach is free of annoying bars and chairs you find in other places. Plain old sand for you to enjoy. The only minus is if you have trouble sleeping in a bit of noise, since the accommodation is exactly near the principal highway and it is kind of noisy. Take some ear plugs and you should be fine.

Cazarea superba, curata, gazda foarte de treaba si prompta. Ceea ce ar mai fi de mentionat este ca daca mergi cu animalul de companie, nu ai acces in curtea din spate, acolo fiind un alt caine. Dar overall, merita cele 5 stele acordate

Nice location very close to the beach (short walk through a pine forest), with swimming pools on the premises. It is suitable for families with children and not only, being a bit remote it offers a certain tranquility and at the same time you have a store and food service at the location to cover basic needs. Catalin is a nice host, being very responsive and focused to find solutions if needed. Just keep in mind that if don’t have a car, the only way to go out is by taxi (or long walks). Nice place to relax!

Квартира була чиста, сучасний ремонт та було все для нашого комфортного перебування- від посуду до постільної білизни і рушників. Тепла підлога у всіх кімнатах, тому взимку було не холодно. Район тихий, комплекс охайний, ліфт працював👍 Фото та опис апартаментів повністю збігався з реальністю. До супермаркету Лідл 5 хвилин пішки, до моря ще плюс приблизно стільки ж. Дякуємо Анні та Віктору, всі питання вирішувались дуже швидко. Щиро рекомендуємо!
