All the reviews are accurate. Well maintained unit and property. Lots of amenities. VERY clean. Nice decorations to go with the lake theme. Putt -Putt and ice cream across the street. Friendly and responsive owner and manager. It was a great place for three couples to celebrate turning 60. Planning on returning in October! THANKS!! (Binoculars were a nice touch) we stayed on property, so we did not use it, but reasonably priced transportation to the wineries or bars...better than a DUI.

Mary was very sweet and communicative from the beginning! Always responded quickly and offered help in anyway she could. We even left some stuff behind and she helped us get it back! 10/10 host!!

The host was great. We are so glad we were able to rent this house. It was a gem and great for a bachelorette party. It had an inground pool, privacy fence, outdoor seating and conveniently located. We would rent again.

House was cute and in great quiet neighborhood. Would definitely go there again! Had a few hiccups but management was fast to solve. Would recommend.

This was the second time we stayed at this location. We cannot say enough how great this rental is!! Everything is spotlessly clean. The fenced in backyard is great. Rob keeps the pool and hot tub in pristine condition. The fire pit in the back yard is great to sit around at night. We were very lucky to have perfect weather the entire week and were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub every day. The location is central to all the wineries and covered bridges. This year we were able to meet Rob when he stopped out to clean the pool...what a nice guy...really enjoyed meeting and talking with him. This is a definite 5 star plus location. The only negative thing and is something that Rob and Cassie have no control over, is the constant barking of the 3 large dogs in the adjacent yard. The only positive thing about them is that you will not need an alarm clock as the dogs will wake you up precisely at 7:30 every morning. Otherwise, a perfect place to stay!!!

Perfect for what we were looking for. Very convenient ski in/out right off the slopes. Very responsive host and very clean.

Beautiful property. The photos honestly don’t do it justice. The pond is huge and the frog sounds are so fun. Loved the little touches like swings for the kids and fishing poles. Our party included four kids (10, 8, 6, 4) and 6 adults and we fit perfectly in both houses. The houses are charming, rustic and homey. Maria was so helpful and responsive. She made sure to give us clear instructions since we were arriving after dark and the area is rural. We were able to find the property easily thanks to her. Would definitely stay here again.

Spent my bachelor party here for a fishing trip. Couldn’t have been happier with where we stayed. It was secluded, but close to everything you need. Beautiful lay out of the house along with luxurious living spaces and great rooms. River access and a beautiful property all around the house. Made my year, and would absolutely stay here again. They made everything so easy and enjoyable for us. Great place and great hosts!

This place is perfect for any weekend getaway! My family had an extremely comfortable stay. The historic charm and modern updates combine to make this an excellent place to relax and enjoy Ashtabula Harbor.

Jessica's Conneaut rental was exactly what we needed with 2 older pups that have separation anxiety. Great little backyard for them and also easily walkable on the street in front of the house. The house is easy to find, right in the middle town. (Very small/very safe and quiet community type area). We had zero issues of any kind. It just so happened to be a little cold for June, so we appreciated all the extra blankets around the house!! There is a breakfast/lunch place directly across the street, and we really liked Sparky's a couple blocks down. Their burgers were fabulous!! We went twice, but I will brag most about their burgers & drink selections!! Don't hesitate to book this rental if you need a pet friendly place in the area!! Pretty quick drive to the neighboring towns in each direction.

We had a really nice stay at Jane’s place. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was convenient and in a quiet area. Jane was easy to communicate with and made sure we had what we needed. Overall, it was a great stay, and we’d recommend this place to others and we would definitely stay there again.

Our family (8) had a fantastic stay at Laura's place! Greatly enjoyed visiting this beautiful area and celebrating our family members birthday. Towns nearby are great and have a lot history and character, definitely go to the parks and hangout outside. Finally, Laura was always willing to answer or be flexible with our needs throughout the stay.

We had a great stay at Kimberly's home! The property was perfect for my friend and I--well appointed, clean, exactly as pictured, tons of extras, very comfortable space! The lake is an easy walk, and the views are beautiful. Highly recommended!

Awesome place! Clean, well stocked, comfortable and great location. And Karla and her team were incredibly responsive. The Keurig wouldn’t turn on so we sent her a message, and she had a new one delivered to the house within a half hour early on a Saturday morning. Great for a small family. Would definitely stay again!

Tracy and Jenn were very accommodating for our stay. We felt very at home in their Airbnb. We loved walking around the neighborhood and the bed was super comfy! My husband, 8 month old, and I had a wonderful stay. We would stay here again if we visit the area in the future.

Cozy, clean, comfy! We enjoyed our stay at Eagle Nest! The home had all the essentials, tasteful home furnishings and more! Very welcoming! It felt like home. Love the ping pong table! The mattress was extremely comfortable. Everything was perfect! Alexa communicated well and was quick to respond. Highly recommend the Eagle Nest! We will definitely return!

The house is a great place to stay. Walking distance to Ashtabula Harbor and it has an expansive view of the lake from the back yard. It was clean and comfortable for us and she provided a bed for our pup.

A very well priced, nice place to stay, especially for our needs! Had everything we needed for a good stay. The only down side was it being next to the freeway, which made it hard to fall asleep at times, but of course the owner doesn’t have control over that. The instructions for booking, check in, and check out were clear and easy. Overall, the stay was very welcoming, nice, and worth it—there is plenty of space in the house, the appliances are relatively new, the rooms are nice and comforting, and the bathrooms are very clean. If I am ever back in the Geneva area and in need of a place to stay, this would be an easy go to!
