Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Confolens

What a great place, surrounded by nature, it feels like you’re away from it all, we’d definitely come back.

A gem of a place ! It is not easy to find places in the region that are not exorbitantly expensive or furnished from grandma's leftovers; this hits a perfect note with a mixture of stylish antiques and comfort, everything has been thought of down to the Savon de Marseille in the bathrooms! Clearly lots of love has been poured into the house and it shows, from a well stocked larder with everyday essentials (including coffee pods for the machine) to the lovely welcome hamper. The garden at the back overlooking the old monastery is perfect and very secluded and even though it was only April I managed to eat outside each morning and evening (there are 3 other terraces too). The host is on hand easily for tips on where to eat or visit if needed. Tusson is a great village with a good places to eat including the wonderful Gateaux for amazing cakes.

nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Aurélia (2 nuits). La décoration est agréable. la literie est très appréciée ! l'espace extérieur est parfait pour un couple ou groupe d'amis. malheureusement la piscine n'était pas encore ouverte en mai mais nous avons pu apprécier le jaccuzi. nous reviendrons avec plaisir en été si nous repassons dans la région. Merci pour la communication efficace pendant le séjour !

WE de mariage au Château de Brie (si vous faites du tourisme dans la région , ce beau domaine se visite) nous avons apprécié nos quelques heures de repos dans la très paisible petite maison de Jeannette. Nous n'avons pas pû nous rencontrer mais nous avons eu de très bons échanges avec Jeannette pour préparer notre arrivée.

Nous avons passé un agréable week-end dans cette charmante maison typique du coin et décorée avec goût. Nous avons adoré le côté vintage/chineur. Nous avons eu à disposition des serviettes et peignoirs ainsi qu'un lit parapluie pour notre bébé. Le logement est bien équipé. Le jardin est beau, paisible et la terrasse couverte un véritable atout surtout quand la météo est capricieuse. Merci à Béatrice pour son accueil chaleureux.

we kwamen in een landelijk gebied, met een charmant Frans huis met mooie tuin,terecht. We mochten eerder inchecken en werden verwelkomt door een vriendelijke host, die ons wegwijs maakte in het huis. Er lagen volop brochures over de omgeving en zelfs een boek in het Nederlands met de geschiedenis van Ordanour-sur-Glane. We hebben het memoriam centrum bezocht. Zeer indrukwekkend. Thierry heeft mij stekjes van planten mee gegeven voor thuis in onze tuin. Zo vriendelijk. Hij heeft plannen om meer delen van zijn boerderij te verbouwen als onderkomens voor toeristen. Leuk om nog een keer terug te komen en wat langer te blijven en meer te zien van de omgeving.

Réactivite et disponible, nous avons eu un très bel accueil d'Anna-Maria. Le logement était impeccable, nous recommandons ! :)

Séjour très plaisant chez Antoine. L’appartement est très bien situé , proche du centre ville mais au calme, dans une très jolie propriété. Le logement est bien équipé!

Excellent séjour chez Agathe dans un petit havre de paix en pleine nature, dépaysant et reposant. N'hésitez pas à profiter du bain nordique et sauna chauffés au feu de bois, une très belle expérience malgré le mauvais temps !! Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Logement très mignon et hôte adorable, Franck m'a par ailleurs prêté un vélo pour me rendre sur le site de ma mission non-desservi par les transports en commun et a été très flexible avec ce prêt et mes bagages. Un grand merci pour l'accueil, je recommande sans hésiter !

I came to Catherine's flat last year and returned for a night this year. It is a very attractive flat with very useful amenities. It is very well located for Limoges train station. Last year I came to Limoges airport and the taxi to the apartment was not too expensive. This year came by train and it is a pleasant walk to the flat. Catherine communicates very well.

The setting is beautiful, surrounded by vineyards and sunflowers. The local town is 10 mins away, with a market. The property is a lovely old farmhouse, with lots of space and nice furniture, comfortable beds and a refreshing pool. Valerie made us feel very welcomed. A great place to unwind.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis pour le télétravail et passer un week-end à la compagne. Le logement était spacieux, les lits confortables et l’environnement très paisible. Nous avons même prolongé notre séjour grâce â la grande flexibilité des hôtes et la disponibilité des dates. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Excellent séjour entre amis dans cette maison au calme avec de beaux espaces, une jolie tranquillité et la piscine agréable en ce beau weekend. Nous avons passé un bon séjour ! Le seul bémol sera le manque d'un 3ème WC - ce qui pour 12 personnes s'avère utile (mais nous étions prévenu avant notre arrivée, et nous savons que c'était exceptionnel).

Avec une telle prestation de la maison, elle mérite une piscine creusée ! Notre séjour était trop court pour profiter des plus de la maison
