Beachfront vacation rentals in Condado, Santurce

We had a wonderful week. A perfect location steps from a pristine beach. Maribel was a wonderful host! We look forward to returning again in the future.

Rosemary’s place was wonderful for my trip to PR! It was in a great location, quiet, clean, and any questions we had were answered almost immediately! 10/10 would recommend.

This Airbnb is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean when we arrived. In the kitchen were basic spices and any appliances you may need. Erik was also extremely kind in leaving a complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water in the fridge. The walk-in shower had both a handheld and overhead spout which was useful for after swimming on the beach. In the closet were chairs, towels and umbrellas for trips to the beach. The bedroom had a TV which was convenient. The location is very nice with various restaurants down the road, only five minutes from the beach, ten minute drive from Old San Juan, about 5 min. away walking to the grocery store. The only thing confusing was finding the location of the gate at first (next to the hedge), but checkin was very smooth otherwise. The parking is extremely tight, be careful. Erik himself responded very fast and a very kind host! I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to coming again!

Jen’s place was in a great location. The floor’s wee beautiful and she had extra linens and pillows which we loved. The linens were fresh and clean. She provided beach chairs. The balcony was a vibe. Not much of a view but fresh air is always key. There was an upscale restaurant located downstairs and plenty of stores/ eateries to enjoy nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

I absolutely loved the location! It’s in a really quiet neighborhood, and it’s super easy to walk to the beach. Rey also gave me some great recommendations for local restaurants. I’ll definitely be recommending this place when visiting Puerto Rico!

This place was great to stay at. Easy access to beach and many places in walking distance. Everything was clean and stocked. Elsa was a great host and very responsive!!

The place was absolutely perfect. It had everything that you could possibly need. It was super clean and the location was perfect beachfront and walking distance to so many restraints and shops. The host was very easy to communicate with. I will definitely be staying here again.

I have stayed at this building before and although there is some building maintenance going on I have no complaints because it has never affected my stay. There are a lot of things to do, restaurants, and having access to the beach from the pool area is a plus. The views pretty much all day are awesome! This was my first time staying at Shubin's unit and it was pretty much as it presents on the site. The unit was clean and cozy and the view and openness of the balcony from the kitchen and living area was on point. He was quick to respond via the site chat to any questions you had. I would highly recommend this place and I wouldn't mind staying here again.

Our AB&B experience was fantastic. it was conveniently located on a main tourist strip near great restaurants and souvenirs shops. With a 3 year old we felt safe to walk around at night to grab a quick bite to eat. The police were patrolling with a car on the main road in front of our building to keep traffic moving and make a presence felt. The beach was a 5 minute walk. We enjoyed the pool at night before bed time. Overall the unit had everything we needed. The location was perfect to go sightseeing for a day in old San juan. It was close to the airport for a short trip. Most importantly it was a great access point to drive to Rio grande on the new route 66 to visit family. Our Puerto Rico trip was short and sweet. We loved going back to the unit after our day trips. Cold AC, and hot water to shower in a super clean environment. It was the perfect location. We would highly recommend this location and would definitely return here in the future. Thank you so much Fernando y Ismari! ❤️

What you see on the web site is what you get. I say this in a good way. This was our first Airbnb, and we were a bit nervous at the beginning because of horror stories we’ve seen/heard. We were delightfully surprised. The view is impressive, and you can tell that the owner upkeeps the property. The place was clean and ready for us. The washer and dryer are a big plus if you want to pack light. In a nutshell, the place is like a home away from home. If the place was a wonderful stay, the attention by the host, Ms. Beatrice, was even better. From the beginning of the rental, she immediately started to communicate with us. As we got closer to the rental date, she provided additional details for parking, electronic keys, wi-fi password, etc. The instructions were dead on which made the stay stress free. There was no question left unanswered, no matter the time or day. We cannot thank Ms. Beatrice enough. The beach is right behind the condominium. Simply put, SPECTACULAR!

This is our 2nd time staying in Eric’s condo and it was just as amazing as the first! The first time was our honeymoon 14 years ago and it was so awesome to get to stay here again! Eric is an amazing host! Excellent communication, easy to follow instructions for self check in, and is very accommodating! I made a mistake and confused the parking with our Airbnb on Vieques but Eric was fantastic about the whole thing! The condo is clean, gorgeously decorated and has every amenity you could need on vacation! Check all cabinets and closets before shopping! LOL He left us a bottle of champagne in the fridge which was a sweet and thoughtful touch! The location is perfect! You have San Juan & Old San Juan in walking/short taxi distance, plenty places to shop and all the amazing restaurants to eat at! He has local information in a binder! You have Condado Beach at your feet and just a short walk away is Playita Condado w/ a coral reef you can walk around! We hope to come back soon!

I had an amazing stay! The hosts communicated exceptionally well and provided great recommendations. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe. The location was convenient, everything being within walking distance. Highly recommend!!

Really enjoyed our stay. Place was comfortable to sleep and relax on the couch. Felt like home away from home. Great getaway location. Beach less than 5-10 minute walk (with beach chairs provided), plenty of restaurants, bars, & shops. Walkable and felt very safe. Great amenities. Kitchen had everything to be comfortable at home. Host was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns. Provides great local recommendations. Over-all wonderful experience and would book again!

The absolute best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Nadia was extremely communicative, gave clear instructions for check-in/check-out, and also accommodated us with a late check-out and baggage storage. The space is better than the photos -- super high ceilings, beautiful furnishings & linens, and both extremely comfortable and clean. We had just come from a hotel in Condado that struggled with humidity regulation; the fans and AC system in Casa Serenidad made us feel comfortable for the first time in several days. The location is perfect in Old San Juan, close to restaurants, bars, and sightseeing in an extremely peaceful and quiet building. We loved our stay here and look forward to returning.

It was all in the details! After a long trip, we walked into a vibe! The place was so pretty, clean, smelled great, cool, & even light music playing upon entry 🥰. They had stock of so many things, even a hair flat iron which we happened to need. The balcony was my fave. Located in the heart of action. Anytime I texted, I received a rapid response and directions were so clear, which I love. I’d love to come back.
